I totally agree with Buff. I can't see that a "guideline" about solomon outfits would hurt? Would make it easier to ask ppl to remove it, otherwise there would be no point asking -it might only create debates and silly disagreements.
Does anyone actually ever check the miner/farmer ranks, just to see who can mine but not farm and vice versa? It's usually solved smoothly when selecting roles just before the floor?

Sometimes I'll check, but generally I know people and what they can do.
Also, let's discuss this rule: "- Do not sell start table equipment. Particularly starting armor that is t5+. Many people in the fc have no armor and can use katagon armor from the start room for decent defense until better armor is received. Kill monsters instead for coin drops."
Whyyyy. That takes at least an extra minute and no one even uses it >.>. A lot of people will grab legs/chain off the table and wear it, then dump it wherever when a prom/gorg one comes along... if they get it off the table, they should have to stick with it.

Its useful for people like Sereg that don't have hood or plate binds. Also it only takes like 3 seconds to grab and equip start table equipment. Have you done a floor with Sereg where someone snagged that armor before him? He usually had it quite quickly, rarely did someone get it and sell it before he got it (not making fun of Sereg at all, just saying takes like no time to grab it).

the starting equipment value is a drop in the ocean compared to the value of monster drops in the first rooms and from chests. most people make laws/cosmics/maybe astrals then drop the remaining ess at the altar and/or cash at base
the armour from the start are excellent assisters for the first few rooms for hybrids and melee'rs alike
arrows, yeah they arent needed and are really the only thing worth selling but people grab them first anyway so it doesnt matter
how about "Don't sell start table armour" if it really has to be said but tbh this is just being nitpicky

If I'm keying I grab arrows or Katagon weapons and sell it. The sooner I have my runes ready as keyer, the sooner I can start organising the floor.
If I'm fighting or farming I just head straight into the first room and kill something then go back for my runes. In this position I don't feel the need to have runes immediately.
If I'm honest, I've always read that rule as "Don't sell start table armour". I know that's not what it's written as, but I also know that no one is going to complain if I sell that Kata 2h / Spear. :P

If there's anyone who's gonna complain about you taking anything but armour off the table, you are well in your right to slap them in the face with a red herring. Just as long as you don't take everything obviously :p
Other than that, people without hood nor plate binds (*glances at Morg/thinks back to when I wasn't 120 yet*) are the only ones who could really use the starting armour and even then I'd only consider Tier 8 sufficient.

i gotta agree with jiga on that one i've been very laggy lately. And hey lux lol thanks for that i know what you're thinking "omg what morg never posts on this" i don't but i do read it. (i guess all opinions of mine have been said or too lazy.. i mean xp waste o.O) but yes starting armour is helpful for me as i get pwned in all those 1 way start ramos otherwise.
But back to the lagginess of 116 not sure if its just this world or all worlds as bots are breeding like rabbits again, so not sure it would help a lot but we could always try.
