I think Kio's idea is good if we wanted a large group. I like the 200 size though, and I think many others do as well. I feel that the time is ripe to make another KABDE group to solve the problem of too many applicants, but that's just my opinion.
For those of you who like the social aspect of our group, you could potentially switch over to using the cc if you aren't interested in flooring anymore. Many of us are in both, and the cc is always open.
About using a rank for keyers, I think that the keyer is in a good position to evaluate the performance of the others on the team, so that's why they are perfect for trial floors. Even though it doesn't matter if I key for trial floors, I still refuse to do them if I'm dual skilling because I don't feel like I can properly observe someone else while doing that. A fighter can watch after others, but it takes more active commitment. The keyer's job is to organize everyone, so there's little extra work involved for them.
Maybe we could change it to "can do trial floors rank", but I think it would mostly include keyers anyways since any non-keyers we thought up to doing trial floors would probably be leaders anyways. Plus, it's nice to know who can key when forming a floor just as it's nice to now who can do the skilling positions.
Maybe the solution to the intimidated wannabe keyers is to actively encourage them? That could be the easiest solution :P .

I do stay in the fc because I would like to get 200m dungeon xp, I still love to do dungeons and I want to help fill floors like Swifites. When I got to 120 dungeoneering I wanted to stay and help the people who helped me get there. I do wait to see if others want to fill the floor who do not have 120 first. I do several floors a day with Dg4fun. Before I found this fc, I honestly can say I hated dungeoneering. Now I can say the exact opposite. I love the skill now and it is my favorite thing to do on rs besides killing Nex.

Im done. When i joined this group was full of competent dungers and people jumping at the opportunity to do floors with one another now it's people who cant gate properly, 80% inactive and the majority of floors that form are by the 120+ members of the group. On a personal note tired of joining a floor and getting narked at by 40yo's for pathing getting told you need to ask to path, really? next it will be have to ask to gate something where people who are ** should be auto-gating things. Get warnings because im not with 3 other ppl in the floor clearing a room with a crawling hand in it i was under the impression kabde style was intended to be efficient not a time-waste, every floor i join as a fighter and manage to clear/path usually 50% of the floor its always sub 28 or better and there's no extra deaths to the team than there would for a sub 45 lemming floor so i fail to understand whats wrong with having competent fighters that can path.
There isnt a keyer rank anymore so when i check back on the forums from time to time it will be interesting to see how you all reconfigure the ranking system. its almost shameful having the same rank as some in the group that make random keyers in 67 look good.
Despite all this i enjoyed the majority of my floors with this group made alot of good friends along the way and finished off the 120 milestone(yes ill probably get 200m buff :P ). Thanks to all the people that made dunging here enjoyable for the most part <3

Massive side note to all the discussion.
If you are the only maxed player in the floor, please don't be the dual skiller if someone else can. It was something I realized in a floor the other day, but didn't say anything since the floor was well under way when I thought about how much better it would be if I was dual skilling, and the maxed player fighting with the keyer. It is a headache for you (the maxed player), and for the rest of the party since as the dual skiller you are quite busy for the first 50-70% of the floor yet you are needed for 80% of the doors. Just something to think about if you notice you are the only maxed player on the floor. Don't be afraid to suggest that someone else skill in place of the maxed player if you realize they are the only maxed person in the floor.
This primarily applies to dual skilling, if you are just filling one role (farming or mining) then it probably isn't a huge hassle to come do doors.
EDIT: and I don't mean to criticism the person that was dualskilling in the floor. They did a fine job, but it was noticeable that they were much busier, and that made the floor slower as a result. It was a lose lose for the maxed person that was skilling since they had alot more to do and worry about, and the rest of the party since we had to constantly call them for doors.

Other side note.
If you wear cosmetic skins in dungeons, tell the skiller/miner what you need or don't need since so far I have seen 90% of them assume you need a chain when they see you with no armor on.

Re: Dual Skiller by Maxed Player
Good point Divi. I learned that lesson by the end of RD's 3rd week in existence. Mila made me a skiller, when I 1st joined RD, since I was one of the few maxed members.
It all seemed sensible, being new to skiller style teams. Well, after about two weeks of being screamed at for failing to be in 2 places at once, I resigned as skiller to just fight and be there for alot of doors.
Some skillers got better organized than I and could pull it off, np. Don was one that always had the right knack to be in lots of places quickly. There are a few others that do this well. Sorry, I am not one.
Glad you shared this note with the group. :)

Yes, I learned this several months ago, I was trying dual skilling, and the keyer simply abused my maxed stats and called me to lower lvl doors too (out of convenience). It resulted in poor skilling and a pretty bad overall floor, and me being stressed down to the bones. No fun dunging at all. After that a harsh debate exploded on the previous chat thread, were some ppl feel/felt that it's totally ok to spam down the team with undirected "GT"-calls.
I haven't had the urge to ever dual skill again.
