lol w/e take it down if you like, at least remember the list so you don't wind up with some of these in your clans, some of them have accounts to do just that, go into clans, gain trust and scam, kinda hard to spot those people until it already happens unless someone tells you before hand from experience with them.

for that matter there is a doubler standing right beside me RIGHT NOW in world 4 ge, I have reported him and his accomplis, but as jagex probably gets millions of reports everyday, the chances of it being dealt with before some sap gets his money stolen is very rare, now if I was to put his name on the list here, and notify the clan owners and friends ik in rs (wich is quite a few) at the very least he'd have less of a chance of scamming anyone else, and he would not be able to get into a clan, so tell me again, iam doing something wrong here.

iam aware, but this isn't random naming and shaming, all the names are 100% true, I guarantee it, and like I've said a billion times, contact any of the people listed to find that out.
I understand the rule, but I was only trying to help the clans of runescape. I could understand you being mad if I just posted a bunch of names without anything else but I stated all the reasons, I could understand you being mad if I said feel free to go and rag them, but I specifically said not to, I could understand you being mad if I let any ol person add to this thread, but I also specifically said not to. I have taken the percautions to make sure the list is proper and accurate, as I knew I would get flack for it anyways.

if you find me a good offsite to use for this, go ahead, but know that I did take precautions to make sure this list wasn't going to be abused or used wrongly. the rule of shaming and naming, while is understandable, its also silencing. as many, many, of these people have been doing this for a long time and are still at large. if more mods stepped up to the plate and responded to things like this, wouldn't be as many. and I wouldn't have to make a list like this.
