Whether you think your information is legitimate or not does not matter. The rules of the forum do not allow for naming and shaming. At the point someone pointed that out I would have hoped that your would have edited your original post that included the naming and shaming. What about a clan member negative rating system as a possible idea ingame, Clan leaders can enter a members name once and thumbs up or thumbs down.

This would either +1 or -1 the member and if the member is in negative numbers, it would give the leader a warning upon recruiting them

EDIT:

So the system would not be abused, the rating would have to be submitted whilst the member is in that clan or the message would just say "That user is not in your clan" Creator of the Clan Leader Discord & Clan Discord

It's not a fair system. What if someone joins a clan that turns out to be shit, and when he/she wants to leave the leader decides to give a -1 for no reason? It's open to abuse, as clan leaders themselves aren't reliable sources. Any moron with 4 alts can create a 'clan'. Even if only clan leaders with access to the CLF would be able to +-1, it would take a lot more time to create such a system and not be worth it. If clans themselves are more picky with who they recruit and check player's history, have a trial process and activity requirements, most of the bad boys already fall out before they get the chance to harm anyone. If anything a player should have a clan history and name change history though, as it's quite stupid you can make an account nearly anonymous with 2 consecutive name changes.

Clan history would be a useful addition.

FYI Runelabs provides a more extensive name change history, it's probably not perfect but it does show more then the last name. We have one clannie who changes his name frequently and Runelabs records several of them (last I checked it had at least 6 showing).

I think you will help yourself (no sarcasm) if you shift your thinking from about what your intents are, to be about what consequences will be followed by your actions.
Think about it
, if a similar list was supported by Jagex, and many Clan Leaders started to chip in to this initiative, and add names in masses....would you truly trust that every name given is an authentic reflection of what the name holders have done? Do you trust every other clan leader? Do you believe they are all after upholding the integrity of this game, and are infallible from devolving into grudges-holding and unfair accusations?

These are good food for thought.
