There is no way to "lock" your citadel, but you can go to each individual member in your clan to ban them from the citadel/keep/island, or go to your clan's permission settings (under the admin section for each rank) and lock that entire rank out of the citadel/keep.

I personally don't see a reasoning for this, but I think it will still count as a visitor if someone attempts to visit your Citadel. ~ Sicariu

Okay, thank you for the kind and quick answer Sicariu. :) That doesn't work, if someone just simply attempts to visit the Citadel then it'll start the new tick, @Lisaa_RS - Followed by @Runescape

Yeah, that's what I meant to say. ^ Thanks :)

You can't prevent a new tick from starting or building up visitor count from people trying to enter, but you can keep them from getting in. That's why I said I don't really the purpose for it. ~ Sicariu
