Yeah I'll be sticking around as a lower rank, and I'm trying to ease him into the new role by passing over responsibilities over the coming weeks.

It's odd but whilst using the NXT client in the clan citadel, you can see the dancefloor minimap icons (lots of little coloured squares) over the clan keep even when on ground level.

Such an odd glitch :D Lol huh. I know that on the Java client, when I'm on the roof of the jail/near the lighthouse skilling, I can see the hp and adrenaline bars of the NPC's fighting on the ground floor.

Had been waiting for a full on post :p ...

Anyway personally I'd try to make the whole clan aware ahead of time as to bring up anything during the last couple of weeks (however long you want the transition to be) so worries can be calmed. I know the action shouldn't have any effect on regular clan members, but sometimes it brings ease rather than if its sudden.

Has anyone ever thought as a clan leader what it means to you that your clan members are willing to listen to you? Basically, I just mean the satisfaction knowing that if you ask your clan to do something, they're willing to carry it out because you ask them to do it.

Earlier today, I was afraid that my clan was about to miss upkeep in our Citadel for the first time in awhile. Only 4 people had capped, so I had made an announcement in the Clan Chat just before I logged off. Now after logging in a few hours later, we have 24 Citadel visitors and well above our resource goals for each skillplot.

I know what it means to be a leader, but this thought hadn't dawned on me until this instance. ~ Sicariu

In our event log, a BUNCH of people were shown as leaving and then rejoining the clan.

Does anyone know why it did that? We're guessing it's RuneClan, but nevertheless it was really weird...and not all of them are recent members. I'm not sure what similarities persist among the people who "left" and "rejoined."

It's just a glitch with RuneClan's tracking. I've mostly notice it happen in my clan with members who had not been active for awhile, but then again it's been more than a whole year since the last time I saw it happen for us.

If you'd want to get in touch with the guy who runs RuneClan, just post on their forums. He responds to nearly every thread that has questions about the site, so I'm sure he could give you a better insight of what causes this to happen. ~ Sicariu
