Unfortunately, I cannot. Only one supplies to my area - and they suck. Absolutely nothing I can do about swapping, all I can do is keep contacting them until they fix it..
The same is true here. The city I live in made a deal with Comcast, where they'd allow Comcast to be the only provider in the area, as long as rates didn't exceed a certain level, and Comcast keeps an office in the city limits for customer support. When the recession hit, Comcast closed that office and raised their rates substantially. No-one has done anything about it

I got no gainz this dxp weekend. My ISP is being a pile of garbage. Had really bad internet past 2 weeks (0.2 Mbps download speed along with it cutting out every 5 minutes) and they're not sorting it out - even after contacting their customer "support" 7 times. So, ultimately, I missed out on bxp weekend because I couldn't log in :/

Aww that sucks
Maybe time to change ISPs

Technically if you send a note to your state's AG's office, they have to look into it for antitrust breaches. Otherwise you could also contact the FCC and see if they will do anything, since the prior agreement has been broken, unless the agreement had a clause that said the prices were only locked in for a given period of time.
Either way, it can't hurt to just send out a couple of emails and see what happens.

I'm in the UK Hyles, and I've been contacting my ISP's customer support continuously since these issues began, as they're not sorting anything out...

Not got Twitter unfortunately Kera.
I did raise a complaint with them, which means then they have to fix it in a set amount of time or face consequences. Got an engineer coming to visit this morning to take a look at things, so hopefully that'll fix something, or at least tell us what's wrong and what needs changing.

I got some rather unpleasant comments on Reddit because of my lacking photography skills, but I got my IRL Ascension Crossbow recently from the Premier competitions.
Tried to take a few more with better angles. How does it look?
