Almost universally within my clan is a feeling that citadels are useless and than capping is tedious. Remove or lower upkeep, raise upgrade. Done. T7 is still the unnecessary grind achievement that try-hards think it is while clans like mine aren't required to pester our clannies excessively. Brent Corrigan is actually my fav but his name was too long

My clan also awards rank points for capping. We all can still chose to do so with out upkeep :)
