if i read that correctly, admin+ is still required for to summon the avatar. This is the thing i was looking forward to the most, as 3/4 of my clan is spammed with admin+ just so they can summon the avatar.
is there "any" way to make it that at least the 3 star ranks can summon the avatar?

No, this is a fundamental rewrite of the way the entire clan system works. Only admin+ can write to that clan data.

Missed this? Editor permissions for individual clan battlefield layouts
I think we need another rank based permission for riding the citadel dragon. Our dragon told me that he's capable of flying us around, but that we're simply missing some checkboxes in the permissions. Please fix

Whoops, added that permission now.
Love the dragon, pity it's not really feasible

The mock ups look great.
I can see that there is an input field to kick a clan member. Would it be possible to integrate into the clan chat?
Or is it more convenient to have it on the clan settings interface, because of security issues.
Sorry I don't understand your question. What input field? You mean the number limit?
Sorry for being unclear. What I meant was the Clan Menu picture. At the bottom there is an input field where it's possible to write in a clan members name and kick the individual.
Would it be possible to kick from the clan chat also, for instance /kick [membername]?

Ahh, that's not an input field, that's a button that appears when you select a clan member, exactly the same as the current interface.

Wow, had a good read and this looks great!
Some relevant suggestions already. Well done all.
I'd keep the ava warden job title even though it won't have functionality.
The job titles can be kind of fun. My clan seems to like the ratbag type of job title (think they are all trying to fake being naughty, when they are not.
)
Would love the Aa-Zz list, but understand that we'd have to wait for the engine team for this one.

I have had several in depth discussions with my high council over this. I've come away with a couple of questions I could not answer. Please excuse me if these answers seem evident, but this is a lot for me to wrap my head around.
Rank Based Permissions and Player Based Permissions -
If all things are passed as you have written, would we still be able to set rank based permissions as a whole. (ex: Right now we have no one below Lieutenant being able to recruit.)
Next, and this one became a very big discussion - Admin+ and player based permissions -
Could we take away all permissions from admins (like all citadel changes, kick privledges, etc) and leave just the avatar warden job and the ability to summon the avatar? Then we could use this position as a reward with no other permissions so no harm could come to the clan or citadel. And we could still leave the current people in the admin position with their permissions.
Again, player based permissions
If this were put in place would we have to go through and give permissions for every person in the clan, or could we do a mix of rank permission and grant 'special' permissions to ranks below the admin level (ex: Certain lieutanants could recruit and certain ones couldn't?) Or would it not apply to ranks below admin?

1. Yes, that's why they're called
rank based
2. Yes
3. Player based permissions isn't new stuff. It's the exact same thing as the functions on your clanmates list in your clan settings interface, with an additional checkbox for assigning avatar wardens. You cannot adjust any available rank based permissions on individual clanmates. So no, you cannot stop half of the lieutenants from recruiting.
