This is something we are unlikely to increase - the Clan Chat change would also affect Friends chat and general chats as well because of how the engine works and the current character limits are based on volume and data. Any change to it would have significant overheads and create substantial storage issues. As such, while we can have a look at it, we are very much not likely to make the change.

No. We would not look to add a further Grand Exchange into the game and we would certainly not consider adding it to the Citadel as that would cause two very complicated systems to be reliant on each other and potentially cripple testing on any trade related changes. A grand exchange to promote clan presence at the citadel.
