Will the 'Save All' button for edits to ranks close the editing window when pressed?

That said, I see 3 different Save buttons in the images above such as Save, Save changes and Save All. Maybe you'd want to make all the Save buttons say the same.

At this point the save all button is a wishlist item. I'm not sure if it is technically possible.

The interface will not close when you press these save buttons however. -

Can permissions be set to allow [or not] certain ranks to edit the clan forums/website information?

Could permissions based on jobs be added?

Will the interface be resizeable?

No, the interface can't be resizable in the way you describe as it is a container interface (see all the tabs along the top?) It will function in pretty much the same way as your Hero interface does now. -
