Okay, since this is Jmod feedback, I'd say this maybe the best place to put this.
I'd like to thank Mod Matthe & others for taking the time to be straight forward with us. There are many times in which, as a player, many of us feel forgotten; or if we ask a question, its answered very vaguely. There are numerous questions that the Jmods in CLF have answered straight forward and concise. Also, when I say "numerous", I mean hundreds of questions answered in this thread alone.
However, a question that arises in my eyes is this. What can we (clan leaders) do at this point to make an impact on the community as a whole?
For example, the leaders that held the Clan Cup in 2013 did a fantastic job. Although a bit messy at times, it created a widely positive impact on the CLF as a whole and all of RS for that matter.
The reason I bring this up: The CLF is like a baby chick in its egg yet; ready to break out of its shell. There are many great ideas that come from the CLF that are not acted upon. Even though Jmods do a fantastic job with the clan work, CLF (in my opinion) is ready to showcase our ideas to the community and run some of these open, widespread community events. I would like a way of showing how we can implement a lot of these impacts ourselves.
Hmm I think that's a question best posed on your 'CLF 2014' thread as I don't know how much the JMods look over this thread [they'd just be rereading their own comments for the most part
]. Also, this is technically just for factual purposes rather than discussion...
Thanks the post though, always nice to see a break in the monotony of my own name posting

Sometimes the resources needed for an upgrade are displayed as negative?

Hmm.
On initial inspection this looks like an error in the tooltip; I don't see anything suggesting that the actual amount you're being made to pay is wrong.
You are correct - this is not a thread we read often.
And I am aware that I still need to pass over the 2013 clan cup feedback, once I have anonymised it (which is the bit that will ultimately take ALL the time).
Hehe I'm curious about the CC2013 feedback
But ofc, there's no rush to see it, especially now that Jagex is hosting again
Although perhaps some of the things we learnt from last year could be helpful to those who host this year ^^
