1. If some leaders wanted to meet at a location other thank a clan citadel, they could. It could provide you, and the leaders a place to meet in game,

I am not saying build a castle( though it is a cool thought,) im saying it could be as simple as a tent, that only the clan leaders can enter,
It would have the ability to communicate with any clan leader, through a ledger. Not everyone is in the fourm.

A ledger would require the provision for in game time delayed messaging. That would be a significant amount of work for a very limited system provision wise.

Think of how many clan leaders / owners there are in the game, Thousands and thousands.
How would you keep track of their messages, and how would it be of any use to you?

Just pm them, or use offsite type ways of talking.
Skype, team speak, facebook or any other way for offline messaging.

I don't see this as being any real benefit compared to the cost of doing it.

Support this idea but only if jagex starts doing some house cleaning of clans that are inactive, because there is way too many clans these days.

house cleaning of clans like go to clans, see if they are active, or not, just like jagex allowed the usernames that were banned etc then became released but this be for clans :)

Add to this that many Clan Leaders do not hold the Clan Leader rank. A proxy / dummy account is the Clan leader for various reasons which are that Clan's business. As we often highlight on here the hundreds (and no I don't exaggerate) the deputies, overseerers, admins and others who are the Clan leaders in the absence of the Clan Owner. How would these groups be included?

support but only if such a space includes phat dispensers with unlimited supply.

buuuuuuut I don't think Maz would do such a thing because she'd probably find a nut dispenser more meaningful than a phat one.

As such, no support since I can't really understand why a private room for clan leaders of different clans can fill a niche that POH's can cover. Or even the private drawing room in the keep, on the same floor as the dance floor.
