Hiya Elipie !
Yes! I love it! I think you are onto a super thing here. Especially if missing any of the penguins, given the "Clues" related to the locations of the remaining to find.
You have provided so much info here had no time today to read it all but am looking forward to soaking it up too!
Thank You Again Elipie!
Aris_Breeze ! ~~~: )
Just jotting this down here b4 I/we forget.
Dawn got bloodsuckers clue on W24 before it reset.
A bush penguin was in fally (next to term)
Suspect this clue has been bumped south and now overlaps desert. I know we did test it a while ago, but that was before the Dung clue.
Thanks Aris_Breeze. It's nice to hear that you have found help from here
Pow, that is interesting. Now we need to wait for non-morty week with 1 desert, or 1 morty and 2 deserts and get morty in farm shop and the other desert in Polli or Nardah.
Looking from map that corner we tested seems to be the only possible explanation -- unless there is some odd square in Wildy west of Slayer Tower.
Opps - the effect of midsummer still on (or WWM) -- I forgot to do v148

Well, unless the clue border does some bizarre things north of the wild wall, it shouldn't be a wilderness penguin that triggered it.
Furthest east square of wild: 29'43" east
Furthest west of both 'bloodsuckers' and 'fremminnik heim and seek' is 29'45" east.
That leaves Mudskipper triggering it and the bush Termluke trapped having PF Flyers getting from Barb Outpost or NW Ardy to Falador in 10 hours...
or that desert theory Pow has...
or maybe Chuck's clues reset before the penguins do.

Long lost Brimhaven bush peng is back with us
Week with 3 western roamers of witch two rocks respawning on the same clue area "near some ogres". Also Morytania gives us two from same respawn clue area "near the dungeons of Daemonheim".
Most likely western penguins Eagles Peak, Cw rock and Feldip rock will stay west of White Wolf Mountains, but if they cross it there is a chanse that Wizards Tower peng, either of the Morytanian penguins or Brimhaven peng will hide the clues under their umbrellas.
Only places where roamer on eastern area will get defenitely certain hint of its whereabouts is
- when it is on Wilderness clue area just south of the wall or behind Black Knights Fortress
- when it is on the small patch of "near some mud skippers" -clue on a coast just a bit west of Skippy
but both of these are not very likely.
And if any of the roamers would go

Again 3 roamers, two from west and one from the middle.
Cw bush and Feldip bush have both chanses to find Oo'golg boulder trap (near some ogres) as well as heding north ot Seers area traps (somewhere in the kingdom of Kandarin, on coast west of Ardougne, near a mountain of wolves).
White Wolf Mountain in the middle may choose either west or east and get easily in all selftraps on both sides. Most likely though getting in Seers area traps before Oo'glog on west, and on east heading to Death Plateau (where Imperial Guard train) is possible as well as finding the way to east of Draynor Manor (in the kingdom of Misthalin).
There are couple of closed area penguins hiding roamers and other closed are penguins though.
Lumby can activate clues hiding penguin nearly anywhere west of White Wolf Mountains. And it can also hide Al Kharid penguin if it is west of Al Khard bank, by the fence north of scorpion mine or at the ne corner outside Mage Training Arena.
Gnome Stronghold can activate clues hiding penguins in Ardy and north of it.
This goes also other way around, and the "north of Ardougne", "around Ardougne" and "somewhere in the kingdom of Kandarin" may hide Gnome peng if activated by a roamer, and "in the kingdom of Asgarnia" and "near Port Sarim" may hide Lumby peng if there is a roamer activating them.
"in the kingdom of Misthalin" and "near a big tree surrounded by short people" are though far the most common clues for Lumby and Gnome Stronghold penguins, so it is quite safe to assume those clues are activated by these pengs before others.

Two western and two eastern roamers this week.
Of the western roamers Cw/Jiggig may head south and get in Oo'glog boulder trap (near some ogres) or it may start towards north and share Seers Anvil and churchyard traps, Keep Le Faye special or Catherby dock (somewhere in the kingdom of Kandarin, near coast west of Ardougne, near a mountain of wolves) with Barbarian Outpost peng.
Eastern Goblin Village is so close to White Wolf Mountains that it may well cross it and get in the Seers / Catherby / Keep Le Faye traps. It may turn north and get trapped in Death Plateau (where Imperial Guard train). It may as well start roaming towards east and find east of Draynor Manor area (in the kingdom of Misthalin) and get stuck there.
Digsite peng has a long way to get trapped and will most likely find its way to East of Draynor manor first and if gets bumped out it may head also west.
This weeks umbrella clues are "in the Wilderness" "between Fremennik and Barbarians" "where bloodsuckers rule" and "near some pointy-eared ones"
Any roamer at the Wildy wall or north of Black Knighs Fortress activates same clue as Wilderness penguin most of the time. Lighthouse twins activate a clue that hides any roamer on Fremennik area and also on north coast of Barbarian Outpost.
Less likely umbrellas but possible are cast by Elf penguin and Mort Myre. If a roamer would head towards Eagles Peak, it can actiave Elf clue by the mountain side far south from Eagles Peak. If a roamer is at Temple of Paterdomus or by river Elid at Digsite, it can activate Morytanian clue.
