Clue analysis is updated on post 2.5.
This weeks special is the Wildernes clue - somewhere in the Wilderness.
Although we don't have a wildy penguin, any roamer that gets to the square just south of ditch, or behind Black Knights Fortress will activate wildy clue.
One more prove of this is already posted on Penguin Locations v54 by Sir Evil2 :)

New week and new clues -- Clue analysis has been updated on page 2.5.

This week is characterized by lots of confusing clue possibilities.
Specially this may affect finding Digsite as its respawn area has a contained penguin activating always "in the kingdom of Misthalin" clue. Also many of its neibourghing clue areas have penguins respawning on them.
-- "where bloodsuckers rule" -- may also be activated when a penguin is at the temple of Paterdomus, 5 steps east of the stairs and at the beacon - possilby also at the very southeast corner of digsite by the river Lum
-- "near the ghost town" -- may also be actiavated when a penguin is by Port Phasmatys or around Ectofuntus and ghost farm
-- "in the southern desert" -- may also be activated when a penguin is inside Shantay Pass
-- "in the Wilderness" -- may also be activated when a penguin is in the squares just south of the ditch or on the area behind Black Knights Fortress

If the new gates block penguins passing - like it seems now - it means that "in the northern desert" - clue area must be considered as closed area with many clue borders.
Most likely neither Al Kharid nor MTA penguin can cross the gate to Varrock, but the clue border between "in the kingdom of Mistalin" and "in the northern desert" runs couple of squares south of the gate and fence. A penguin can still go by the fence in all other squares exept the ones just by the guards.
The clue border between "in the northern desert" and "in the southern desert" is at Shantay Pass, leaving the inside Pass area on the southern desert side.


It is also very intersting to check wether this new starting area affects the clue area of "in the kingdom of Misthalin". Edgeville, Barbarian Village, Digsite and Sawmill areas are part of the Misthalin but not part of the starting area.

Edit: Chuck still gives in the kingdom of Mishalin clue when Ice Mountain penguin is on Asgarnian area behind pick factory, Digsite is in the fence north of sawmill and Sawmill in the sawmill.

“Closed areas with one clue border --- two possible clues”
With the recent update we now have:
‘Starting Area’ --- Somewhere in the Kingdom of Misthalin / Where wizards study
This closed area includes the respawn points for the Lumbridge, Wizard Tower and Draynor penguins.

Due to the changes the new "Starting Area" caused I did some changes on posts:
Rearranged and regroupded open areas and closed areas on posts 1.5. - 1.8.

Clue analysis for v56 is updated on post 2.5.

WEEK'S SPECIAL: Only one open area roamer - Mudskipper O_o
Al Kharid is now blocked by border guards north of scropion mine and it can't leave the area.

Confusing clue possiblities:
-- "in the kingdom of Misthalin" if Al Kharid is at the fence north of scorpion mine or behind (west of) Al Kharid bank
-- "in the southern desert" if Al Kharid is inside Shantay Pass
-- "in the kingdom of Misthalin" if Mudskipper is in Edgeville, Barbarian Village, west, north or east of Draynor Manor, north of Varrcok walls, northeast of Varrock walls to Paterdomus and in Digsite.
-- "where bloodsuckers rule" if Mudskipper is at the temple of Paterdomus, 5 steps east of the stairs and at the beacon - possilby also at the very southeast corner of digsite by the river Lum
-- "in the Wilderness" may also be activated if Mudskipper is just south of the ditch or behind Black Knights Fortress

THIS WEEK'S SPECIAL: no penguins in Morytania or Wilderness but a possibility for those clues

Confusing clues:
