Week of 3 roamers, 2 western and 1 from east.
Observatory (south of Ardougne) and CW (south of Ardougne)penguins respawn close to each other and their roaming routes may cross very soon after reset. Both have a possiblity to head south and in Oo'glog boulder trap (near some ogres), They may as well head north and get stuck in Keep Le Faye special (on coast, west of Ardougne), Seers anvil or churchyard (somewhere in the kingdom of Kandarin) or on Catherby dock (near a mountain of wolves).
Digiste (in the kingdom of Misthalin) starting from far east is most likely to be found in East of Draynor Manor special (in the kingdom of Misthalin).
4 of this weeks closed area penguins are on islands and have a specific clue for them only. Clues for 3 other closed area penguins may act like umbrellas for roamers.
Wildy penguin with "in the Wilderness" or "somewhere in RuneScape" hides a roamer by Wildy wall, behind Black Knights fortress or west of 3 ponds near Arandar gates.
Musa Point penguin with "where banana smugglers dwell" or "deep in the jungle" hides a roamer on coast south of Rimmington or on Mudskipper point.
Draynor Manor penguin with "in the kingdom of Misthalin", "in the kingdom of Asgarnia" and "near Port Sarim" hides eastern selftrapped roamers as well as nearly any penguin roaming east of White Wolf Mouintain. What it doesn't cover, is covered by Wildy and Musa Point penguins.
Only 100% clear clues on east are from roamers near Skippy "near the mud skippers" and at Temple of Paterdomus or east edge of Digsite "where bloodsuckers rule".
Confirmed one more clue border and no surprices
in the kingdom of Misthalin / where wizards study -- 1'13''n / 1'11''n
- 1 sq north from the northern bump on the bridge to Wizards Tower
This border follows music border and also RS map module border, and is same as the northern border between "where banana smugglers dwell" and "near Port Sarim" on south coast of Rimmington.

This week brings us only 2 romers, both from western areas. CW rock (near some ogres) and Witchaven rock (near coast, west of Ardougne).
From the western self traps CW is more likely to be found in Oo'glog boulder trap (near some ogrers). Witchaven on the other hand has almost straight route in Keep Le Faye special (near coast, west of Ardougne), Seers anvil and churchyard (somewhere in the kingdom of Kandarin) or on Catherby dock (near a mountain of wolves).
Seers and surroundings will attract CW penguin also and both of them may as well cross White Wolf Mountain and get stuck on East of Draynor Manor special (in the kingdom of Misthalin).
From this weeks closed area penguins only Mos Le'Harmless (where pirates feel mostly harmless) has its own specific clue. All others may act as umbrellas to roamers.
Lighthouse (between Fremennik and barbarinas) --- roamer in Fremennik area
Lletya (near some pointy-eared ones) - roamer by mountainside south of Eagles peak
Sawmill (in the kingodm of Misthalin) -- roamer on Misthalin area
Sophanem (in the southern desert) -- Mage Training Arena peng inside Shantay Pass
Karamja (deep in the jungle / where banana smuggler dwell)-- roamer on Mudskipper point / on coast south of Rimmington
Wilderness (in the Wilderness / somewhere in RuneScape)-- roamer at Wildy wall or behind Black Knights Fortress / just west of 3 ponds near Arandar Pass
Mage Training Arena (in the northern desert / in the kingdom of Misthalin / in the southern desert) -- roamer on Misthalin area

Week of 4 roamers: Cw/Jiggig (near some ogres), Feldip (near some ogres), North Ardougne (north of Ardougne) and Burthorpe (where Imperial Guard train).
All of the usual self traps specially on west but also on east may catch roamers this week.
Special for this week is the amount umbrella clues. All of the closed are penguins have clues that may hide roamers.
- Al Kharid; if west of bank (in the kingdom of Misthalin) it hides any roamer on Misthalin area
- Canifis; when west of undead farming patch or west of Port Phasmatys (where bloodsuckers rule) hides any roamer at Temple of Paterdomus or on very eastern parts of Digsite
- Eastern Karamja (deep in the jungle) hides any roamer on Mudskipper point
- Elf Camp (near some pointy-eared ones) hides any roamer by mountain side far south of Eagles Peak
- Lava Maze & Stealing Creation; if in main Wildy or on most western parts of Daemonheim (in the Wilderdess) they hide any roamer at Wildy wall or on area behind Black Knights Fortress
- Lava Maze & Stealing Creation; if on Daemonheim, exept most western parts of it (somewhere in RuneScape) they hide any roamer on a narrow area west of 3 lakes near Arandar gate

Two roamers: Port Khazard and White Wolf Mountain.
Both may reach the border area self traps, Khazard more likely Oo'glog boulder trap (near some ogres) and WWM more likely East of Draynor Manor special (in the kingdom of Misthalin), but more often they may be found in Seers anvil or churchyard (somewhere in the kingdom of Kandarin), Keep Le Faye special (near a coast, west of Ardougne) or on Catherby dock (near a mountain of wolves).
Umbrellas for roamer clues this week are Wizards Tower with 3 of its 4 clues, Gnome Stronghold with all of its 4 clues and Wilderness with its 2 clues
- in the kingdom of Misthalin = Wizzy on most of starter area, or a roamer on Misthalin clue are
- near Port Sarim = Wizzy sw of Draynor Village market square, or a roamer on Port Sarim area
- in the kingdom of Asgarnia = Wizzy along the stone fence north of Draynor market or a roamer on Asgarnian clue are
- near a big tree surronded by short people = Gnome on most of the stronghold area, or a roamer southwest and west of Stronghold
- north of Ardougne = Gnome by fence se of Hazelmere's statue, or a roamer between 3 lakes and Outpost
- around Ardougne = Gnome by most of south fence and gate, or a roamer in Ardougne clue are
- somewhere in the kingdom of Kandarin = Gnome in tortoise pen or by east fence, or a roamer on Kandarin clue area
- in the Wilderness = Wildy in most of Wilderness, or a roamer by the Wildy wall or behind black Knights Fortress
- somewhere in RuneScape = Wildy in Daemonheim, or a roamer west of 3 lakes and south of hill giants, but not at mountain

4 roamers week, all bushes. 3 western ones: Feldip Hills (near some ogres), Gnome Maze (south of Ardougne) and Eagles (near some pointy-eared ones). The eastern one is Goblin Village (in the kingdom of Asgarnia).
Felidp is the most likely one to be found in Ooglong boulder trap(near some ogres). Gnome Maze and Eagles may get trapped in Seers area traps, anvil and churchyard (somewhere in the kingdom of Kandarin), Keep Le Faye special (near coast west of Ardougne) or on Catherby dock (near a mountain of wolves).
Goblin Village if it starts west over mountain may find the same self traps as above. If it starts east it may get stuck in East of Drayor Manor area (in the kingdom of Misthalin).
From closed area penguins Lumbrdge (in the kindom of Misthalin) may activate 4 clues of witch 3 may hide roamers almost anywhere in eastern area:"in the kingdom of Misthalin", "in the kingdom of Asgarnia" and "near Port Sarim".
Musa Point peng (where banana smugglers dwell) may hide roamers on those areas on east where Lumby does not: "deep in the Jungle" on Mudskipper point and "where banana smugglers dwell" on south coast of Rimmington.
Mort Myre peng (where bloodsuckers rule) hides a roamer at the Temple of Paterdomus or on the very east side of Digsite.
Elf penguin (near some pointy-eared ones) may hide a romer by mountain side very far south from Eagles Peak.
After this update and shake up by Jagex Chuck was giving me "near the Dungeons of Daemonheim" as a clue. Was confirmed eventually that no peng was in any part of the wild but this was most likely being given when the Canifis penguin was near the Mausoleum.
Thanks Wolf, that is very intersting and would suggest that the Daemonheim clue area could reach way south on the Canifis area.
Lots of intersting testing to do with the next Morty/Canifis peng.
I can Confirm that Zanaris has the "Somewhere in runescape" clue.
This was not northen ardy as he was locked up at the apple thing during finding out this penguin's clue
