The Igneous Kal-Zuk is one of the most difficult to obtain capes in the game, for good reason.

Unfortunately, acquiring any of the Igneous capes can be impossible for those who have certain disabilities and/or lack the hardware to run high intensity boss fights on their laptop, mobile, ect.

To reduce the exclusivity on what will eventually be a required item for high level PVM, simply add the option to buy Igneous stones/capes with Tokkul.

They will remain an untradable items that will require hundreds if not thousands of hours of combat to obtain depending on the prices. But that is time that would have been used to learn the boss anyway.

Update: Just a reminder that Tokkul is almost exclusively earned through combat. So it's not as simple as buying an item without any work. I'd like to think of Tokkul like "cape fragments"

No support.

Not everything should be buyable and just because you have disabilities isnt a reason why you should be able to skip content.

I have a disability too yet im able to do most things just fine.

Also saying you should be able to do this due to "lack of hardware" is bullocks.

You really dont need anything special to do boss fights let alone run rs thus that logic is absurd.

no support.
the game is meant for all kinds of people and provides content of all kinds.
if you cant do something in game then just go do something else.

you can run rs3 on a potato so hardware doesnt make sense.

nothing is "required" for high lvl pvm as shown by people who go to the extreme and do end game content in ridiculous set ups.

and im srry but no boss takes 100s of hours to learn.
pssst....we know who you are. Hail Sithis!

Exactly.

All it really takes is persistence and sooner or later you'll get the hang of it.

Dont blame your inability to do something on your disability.

I mean im sure theres loads of ppl worse off than you are who are able to do high lvl pvm just fine.

I support this. :)

I dislike how over the years the game has focused so heavily towards high level PVM content that some players simply can't keep up with.

The game was never this complicated or reaction intensive in the past, and a core component of Runescapes former success was it's simplicity and accessibility. (which caused many players to leave after the evolution of combat)

It's not about making everything buyable as some say, but since runescape is an open world role playing game, it's not absurd to imagine that there is more than one way to solve a problem or progress.

I think it speaks to a lack of imagination and creativity that people believe everything should only be approached one way, Intense Combat.
The majority of Runescape does not revolve around combat, many quests are simple fun, and the majority of skills are non-combat related.

It makes perfect sense to be able to obtain the cape in a non-combat related activity, by spending time or money.

There is more than one way to skin a cat, as they say. ;)

Yet this would make them "buyable" as thats literally what you're doing. Buying the cape.

Plus why should ppl be able to skip out on content?

Also why should this one be buyable yet FC and kiln capes arent?

This literally makes 0 sense to happen and ppl just need to learn that if then want end game items, they'll have to work for it.

Plus where does it say everything needs to have multiple outlets of obtaining?

Last i checked certain monster drops are only obtained from 1 source so why should equipment be any different?

Like said, these are high lvl pvm capes, so why shouldnt be forced to do high lvl pvm to get them?
