Its not cool to grind boss tnen others got drops and you are not. At 100 enrage you able to kill 1 rune and jended hitting glass wall while dont know which 1 is 2nd. Hitting you 4k without mitigate damage. They might start luck work at 90% so boss still be doable for solo players.

I feel this is a better method than just allowing people to farm super low enrage to boost their drops at higher enrage, now it'll take them much longer and perhaps not worth it, so they'll be farming higher enrage instead?


As someone who wants to be able to kill Zamorak soon - I don't believe I should be earning the same amount of drops, wealth and luck as someone who is better than me and killing it at a higher enrage. Seems unfair to people who learnt the boss and have the skills to kill it.

Seems a great system that when I get better, so do my rewards - More motivation to learn to me.


Yes, I think their idea is to make us to actually hone our skills to earn the better chance for BiS gear. Personally, I am neutral to this change as I can buy Long Bow of the Last Guardian already with gp I make everywhere already just like all the other BiS gear.

As long as they keep the non-rare loot the same for lower enraged encounter, there really shouldn't be a big difference to most players.

With Soloable Solak happening now, actually I will be more interested in Solaking than Zamoraking anyway.

I totally agree and feel this is another slap in the face for soloers

100% enraged extra phase isn’t scaled for soloers, the last phase is forced to be the same as duo with zammy calling 2 runes instead of one. It was completely unfair to cherry pick this part of the fight to make 100%+ unnecessarily more hard.

I feel the bad luck mitigation should have started at 50% it this addition was necessary but I don’t believe it is

All of these new bosses have drop rates that are disgusting. Nothing else has drop rates of like 1:450 for one piece of a 3 part staff. 1 in 600 for one piece of a table of 8 parts on Croesus and 1 in 500 on arch glacor at 100% with a 20% chance of a non tradeable item with 1/100 chance of nila with amount scaled to streak .. really disgusting

More importantly this economy which they can’t be bothered to fix renders the grand exchange practically useless, these extreme drop rates keep these weapons well over max cash and where zammy is concerned this bow is still well over 6 billion gp . The pieces alone each over max cash. It feels like it should be more common, they need to stop creating and exasperating inflation.

These drop tables need to be realistic and they’re not

This is another slap in the face for soloers and moderate players in my opinion and they should revert this stupid decision

the problem right now, before the puzzle box is slotted up, is that many of the ranked top mark players are from clans that bully applicants to adopt macros, and p7 is so very tilted toward macro precision timed responses to

presun, prespec, pray melee, shatter, thresh, pray soulsplit, thresh, disrupt shield, powerburst vitality, thresh, eat.

all of that done with one click. thats not cool.

so this change... it should have been made AFTER we got the puzzle box more slotted up. therefore my complaint, and agreeing with the OP, is that... its poorly timed.
I have quit rsof because moderator found comments about darklight bonus damage on demons "off topic" for wildy flash mobs full of demons

thank for support , hopefully Jagex takes consideration of this ACTUAL PLAYER FEEDBACK , and removes the nerf to sub 100. Since they claim that the update was a response to player feedback....... but which players..... top 1% players who want bow over max cash ...... and they postponed the death cost and ge fix updates...... comon now?!?!?!?! comon !?!?! bump
