You can still pickpocket Rogue Captains during the cooldown now. It is gives more xp/hr than other thieving activities.

The more efforts we spend, the more rewards we get. It is only logical so. Actually we get even more xp/hr not from pickingpocketing rogue captains but by safecracking in other locations (e.g. Zanaris) as I mentioned. Which, as I mentioned before, is impossible for skillers.

The randomised obelisks makes leaving the Rogues Castle, or more accurately getting back to Rogues Castle, much more troublesome.

Do you know there is something called Portable Obelisk? Skillers do have them too.

How is it impossible? We even have Deathtouched Darts for those who can't kill a cow in RS3.

How is it impossible? We even have Deathtouched Darts for those who can't kill a cow in RS3. Deathtouched darts won't help you charge orbs or buy God staffs.

Can't you just craft orbs and charge them yourself? You don't even need to kill a mob. I think you can use DTD to kill Kolodon to buy a godstaff. Even if not, he is just a low level mob anyway.

Besides, even if you don't want to leave Rogue Castle, you can still pickpocket rogue captain when the safes are in cooldown for 500k thieving xp/hr. It is still the best xp/hr in RS3, and 200% as much as other thieving methods in RSC/RS2/OSRS.

It's completely broken and needs an overhaul.

The fact that this nerf to the wilderness safe has come in before such an overhaul has been implemented shows how out-of-touch Jagex are with the Thieving skill.

Oh, and regarding the Wilderness tasks, Summer's End is required, which in itself has a level 23 Summoning requirement.

Alongside blockers already mentioned that may or may not be bypassable, this really cannot be bypassed.

I tried it many times yesterday pickpocketing when the safes were on cooldown with absolutely no priffdinas boosts. No problems there.

Another person also quoted the RS Wiki on Page 2, Post 6:

"From the same page

Staying at the Rogue's Castle safes and pickpocketing rogue captains during safe cooldowns provides ~500,000 experience per hour."

If you think it was broken then please tell the RS Wiki so.

I urge everybody to try it themselves. There is really no point to argue when you have almost 2700 total levels yourself and keep complaining as a "skiller".
