And as a combat skill I feel it is too powerful. You don't have to care about the combat styles anymore, it hit hard and you can't miss. I was amazed to see how easy it way at level 40 to kill a lot of lvl 70-80 monsters at a steady kill rate, even with only 35% hit. With this, you no longer need to go check the specificities of each monsters, you have one set of gear for almost anything...
It doesn't feel like there is any tradeoff here.

I'm quite happy with it overall, but my biggest issues is that the "Wandering Soul" runs off too quickly before you notice it, and collecting souls in general is so slow.

At Tier 4, you need 2000 Souls to unlock the perks. That's ALOT when you realize how painfully slow rituals are. No speed modifiers and you're looking at 1 minute per 20 souls. Either the rate needs to be increased from rituals (especially given the material grind) or monsters in a certain combat bracket range should at least drop souls when killed with Necromancy, since we ARE killing them after all.

God forbid the 35,000 req for tier 90.

Another suggestion:
Allow us to place a stack of focus items on the pedestal rather than just one at a time.

...and I've just realised this isn't necessary as the pedestal will use items from the Focus Storage Box. Doh! Ah well, learning all the time.

My be allow legacy players the chance to complete quests, also the task system can not finish the easy tasks because necro don't work in legacy mode. Its bad enough you have made fighting the top bosses imposable as said by j mods on a twitch stream ,so you now put this new skill " stand alone by the way " behind the wall that is eoc. Please remember legacy players pay a subscription fee too.

Agreed, easy fix to add the spells on the magic tab and to summon the mobs maybe using special attack energy. We already have the ability icon we can use in the Nordon area even on Legacy and could have worked like that.

Keep it blocked in the Legacy only PvP world to stop people complaining if need be.

At level 90 (can do combat or make other items like runes before that) you can get 50 base souls per bone, more with memento and then have multiply on top of that. You can use potions or overloads to boost your levels for multiply so do not need level 103.

A small point but it would be nice to have:
The area should remember your skybox settings.

Yes, I know Um should be all dark and spooky but I prefer to choose a brighter setting.

Also, add my name to the list of people who want familiars removed from the area, and the ability to open your customisation "changing cubicle" while standing on the platform needs to go too.

Can we get an alternate version of the global cooldown feature on the action bar? I can't gather any information from the current system because it is too busy. Mods openly wonder why some players stare at the action bar. Hmm?

Seems to me I only need 1 global cooldown. Flashing it on all the abilities does nothing. (less than nothing to be fair) I want to know which ability is being cast by quickly glancing at the bar.

The global cooldown doesn't have to be on the abilities. I see a fine spot to the right of the adrenaline bar on the legacy interface. It could be that same cooldown or it could be colored dots. I would hope there is some game jam material lying around to apply here because this has always been a problem worth fixing.

Then on the actual ability bar I really, really want to be able to quickly see which ability is firing now. If this requires big arrows and bright colors that is fine, everything doesn't have to blend in. It's much better if everything doesn't for visibility reasons.

The normal cooldowns work well. They serve the purpose.

Can there be an option to add the decorated skyboxes to low detail? Personally, I give this top priority over anything else.

Slightly lower on the list would be getting someone to delete about 90% of the cartoon rocks that keep appearing on the map. It was all blended so well, looked natural. When folks said one style, that ain't the style. You can probably ask the player base in a poll. I'm thinking at best it is 50%, and that's not really good. Probably more like 1/3.
