Agree also.
Its fine for those who can take time off work and play 24/7 to make the most of this.
Us other poor slobs who work and dont have that much time to play then get nerfed so it will take even longer for us.
Seems kinda perverse in a way.

I see a problem with needing congealed blood for the new potions. Most of us might have a large stock of overloads for now but later on we/ future players will need to make them and the amount we get from drops is very low.

Wiki says common drop from level 91/97 Vyrewatch, I killed for an hour and only got 48 and need 5 per potion.

I see they are changing the buy limit to 5k per 4 hours but that does not really help irons.

Unless there are better things to kill for it and wiki out of date?

The drop chart doesn't make it all that clear, but overall you'll probably have better luck with Vireladies/lords. The congealed blood tends to pile up fairly nicely, and given the best approach, the kills are very fast.

Haven't been at the Ravenous ghouls to the East of the Slayer Tower, but they should be worth a try as well.

Looking at a few different mobs and their own drop tables is often helpful. Tables can be reordered as well, and mob level and GE price are subtle but useful indicators.

^ I only have a stock of about 1200 from years of slayer (Well past 200m) mostly from Lords/Ladies and Celestial dragons and was hoping three was a better way to farm them. Like I said I don't need any yet but can see it being a problem in the future.

Even a new ritual that gives blood as a reward would be better than nothing.

We're looking at changing Protection Glyph's function within Rituals to extend the length of Ritual Disturbances.


This seems like it would cause more problems than it solves. How can the math account for it without shortening the time we have now? Just thinking about it gives me a headache.

Couldn't the function remain, to reduce the number of spawns, but you gain an XP multiplier for completing the ritual? So you could say it is AFK protection.

I'm starting to realize that Zuk is absolutely required for this combat. The ultimate we got is a nerfed version based on the previously weak ultimates that were buffed with the zuk capes.

It's cool that a large number of the player base was already at that level, but this is a basic function of the skill that requires advanced combat. It's not just killing Zuk, you need to be able to kill it with 100% success rate and endure the waves.

I think they said 40k Zuk capes were made day 1 and that is crazy! One can assume those players represent the number who were already satisfied with the combat, so if everyone else is still locked out what has been gained???

There are a lot of factors with Zuk, it cycles too fast leaving little room to recover from mistakes. It hits way too hard and too often. And the pizza phase has that name because of the visual disaster present on the screen.

With repeated attempts I actually get worse at doing it because it's such a bad experience.

No seriously, I have put on 7 million experience since i used up my last batch of tomes, so that is likely around 3 hours playing time, i have had the usual number of blobs and never missed one, but in that 3 hours ive received only 2 tomes?? This does not seem in line with 1/20 more like 1/200

Why in gods name is @jagex and the dev team not addressing the absolutely abysmal drop rate for Hermod plates??? Ya'll claim that they're 1/10 and theres no way that can be true. I've got 92 kills with only 2 plate drops? I understand that luck resets every kill, but this is absolute trash. Nobody has the time to kill a boss with trash drops 1k times. Especially when you have to hyper focus on him. I'll come back to runescape once and if this is fixed. Until then, I'm out.

Hello, I am a returning player after a 2 years break and I am quite enjoying Necromancy (I am only level 89 though). Reading the post "Community Feedback" I see that you are considering modifying the adrenaline cost for out of combat conjuring. Please, since a lot of damage comes from minions, dont make it cost adrenaline out of combat, because it is great as it is, with being able to prepare for fights beforehand.
I agree that some minions, like the zombie, cost a lot of adrenaline to cast while in combat, so could you please reduce the cost and still allow us to conjure them for no adrenaline cost while out of combat?
Also, it would be great if you added more talents to increase the duration of minions (specially the Vengeful Ghost) to something like 2 minutes each minion.

Also, I dont think that tier 90 power gear should require high level pvm like Telos, Solak or Vorago...
Araxx is ok, I guess. Ambassador is very high pvm for me...I must rely on a clan mate with a dart to get the required item from him, once I hit lvl 90 necromancy and defence.
Please change this. It should be a GWD2 boss (not Telos) and maybe Araxx.
