Quick find code: 74-75-500-66291795
So today I finished earning the required 8,000 XP to get another Talent Point. I got the message confirming this while blasting scorpions in Al Kharid.
After I completed my Daily Challenges, I entered the Underworld to manage the Well of Souls. My intention was to use the two Talent Points I now have to unlock Command Skeleton Warrior. I have 20 Necromancy and I unlocked Conjure Skeleton Warrior already.
I was told "You do not meet the requirements to unlock this talent." in spite of Command Skeleton Warrior being clearly marked as an F2P talent in the Necromancy skill guide (which does have other errors at level 54 and 66).
The only requirement I might not have is access to Tier 2 of the Talent Tree, yet this does not make sense as the only talent at Tier 2 is listed as free-to-play. Why would F2P not have access to an F2P ability?
Clearly, something is screwed up. Yes, I filed a bug report. I've been putting out fire with gasoline!

as command skeleton requires level 20 necromancy and all the other additional abilities for conjures are members im guessing this is an error and it should of been marked as members content this is mainly based on the assumption all content from level 20 up except for command skeleton is members content

The Conjure and Command abilities seem to be designed to work together. First, you conjure your undead minion, then you can enhance the creature's damage output by commanding it to unleash its fury upon the target.
Naturally, the other Conjure and Command abilities are members-only. Conjure Skeleton Warrior is unlocked for everyone at level 2, while Command Skeleton Warrior is unlocked at level 20 - but just for members? This needlessly punishes free players. Why can this first pair of Conjure/Command abilities not function in F2P as they all do in P2P? We can summon these skeletons before we even finish the tutorial, yet once we reach level 20 Necromancy we still cannot use a basic ability that increases their combat effectiveness? Ridiculous.
Yeah, every unlock in the skill guide at level 20 is marked as member content - except for Command Skeleton Warrior. It is reasonable to conclude F2P can unlock this ability by spending the required two Talent Points...but we cannot. For attaining level 20 Necromancy, all I got was a damn advert for membership.
What the hell is the point of even going for level 20 when the last unlock comes at level 13? After gaining the Touch of Death ability, why should free players bother to proceed any further with Necromancy? Quite disappointing.
At least level 20 Archaeology gave us access to the steel mattock, FFS. I've been putting out fire with gasoline!

On the livestream they just said the xp from random events will be cut in half, but not next Monday. Probably after that.

If they absolutely have to nerf them, they should keep the xp the same but make them less frequent... it would be more relaxing.
It seems a bit unfair though: Loads of people already maxed taking advantage of the current rates, why make it slower/harder for the rest of us?
