This thread is still open? Jeez
only because you have just bumped it...
It was on page one when I posted on it lol
then apologies. op must of just bumped it instead of responding to what has been said.
but to the OP, if you actually going to comment again
so you would have preferred, refund of the few k loyalty points. and the auras remove from your account?
so youd have to do 92.5 hours of pvm (with out these auras remember) to get them back? (which would have pissed off everyone)
or
were you expecting refund of the loyalty points but still keeping the auras? which is hilarious
I said before that that's exactly what I want, yes.
I bought the auras because they were exclusive Loyalty Point items. I have no reason to buy them if they aren't exclusive Loyalty Point items, therefore I would want the price I paid refunded and the auras removed from my account.
I'd probably unlock them again with Marks of War at some point over the next ten years. Probably.
alright was just confirming.
i just see 0 logic in wanting that.
Well, the reason I bought the auras was because they were exclusive Loyalty Point items, and if they weren't, I'd have never spent my Loyalty Points on them. At the time of purchasing there was zero indication that this would change, and now due to a material change in how they were described, they're no longer what I bought.
You actually expect a refund for something you potentially could have used for up to 10 years by now? You actually still expect it despite it being changed to a new system for 4 months now?

I started asking initially before the PvM Hub update happened. I bought the items because they were exclusive, not for their potential uses.

Things can change, yes. Such as the incorrect assumption of why people made certain purchases, that can change to the correct reason.
Well the fact of the matter is that ppl chose to buy them ahead of time and now you have to deal with the result.
Im sure it says no refunds in solomons so you arent getting one.
Except if the item isn't as advertised. Which, considering it was advertised as being an exclusive Loyalty Point item at the time of purchasing, would fulfill this requirement. I have contacted Jagex a number of months ago but the reply was not the resolution I'd have liked, so I'll keep campaigning on the forums.
"We are unable to offer refunds on items purchased from Solomon's store. If your item is bugged, please let us know.
However, if you feel that an item was not as advertised, or you paid a different price to what you expected, please get in touch to see if we can assist."
