i got so much use out of those auras 100% worth the cost.

is the OP willing to give back the xp gained before the sites were released in the population?

Probably not I am guessing? I know what I want to do, but can rarely achieve it

Now they released the items in game to any Tom, Dick and Harry.

He argues that if he knew the auras would be release in game, he would have made a different decision.

Please note, I support the release; but, they should probably rename it from "Loyalty Points" to something more appropriate like: First Access Points

yes he purchased them. and he still has them... so whats the problem?

using loyalty points is 100% easier to do

if refund was given then the auras should also be removed from the account. and getting the marks to re-obtain them would have to be done.

100% would choose to keep the auras.

loyalty points still work as a name. as you gain them by being more loyal to the game. of keeping long membership. what you can by from loyaly has nothing to do with first access.... come on use a brain cell

if jagex did refund us and taken away out auras. thered be the same thread of going "i bought it already why take it away etc etc etc" which id agree with. but asking for a refund over this i see as pathetic

As my previous post indicated, it is perfectly

for Jagex to re-release all previously released items back into the game including, but not limited to
rares
,
holiday items
and
party hats
.

This is something that
WILL
happen in the foreseeable future whether you like it or not.

It is just the way the game is evolving.

Uhh why?

You get them by showing loyalty to the game by remaining a member.

So make 0 sense to change the name of them just because some are upset they got released ingame.

I think we all agree that they made a major change to the original purpose of the Loyalty Points system.

For the same reason they change the name from "
Squeal of Fortune
" to "
Treasure Hunter

You still gain points by being a member do you not?

So other than them "finally" giving ppl what theyve asked for nothing has changed at all.

So if they took your auras away and gave you the points back you had rather get them
from Wars retreat??

Personally, Im glad i got them with loyalty points.

And if jagex did give loyalty points back i would want the Auras purchased with them
taken off the accounts. If not they would be getting them for free. And not even
have to get them from wars retreat. The richest person is not who has the most. It is who Needs the least.

I got 12,000 extra, unused Marks of War from just doing the cape achievement.
Honestly, it was 99 percent AFK.

Too easy as compared to saving a years worth of loyalty points (guessing here)
How many points was it? Something like 400,000 or something?
Maybe someone knows how much points and how much time to achieve can comment.
