From level 70 & up we need at least 10 more rooms to make a nice looking & respectable dungeon,

Solutions:
- make the dungeon Corridors & dungeon Junctions not count as rooms
- make the Maximum rooms jump from 26 to 36 when we reach level 70 construction

also, why all the limits!!

- make the the magic wardrobes & other storage furnitures upgradable even if they have clothing in them

- add a new furniture to store all quest items like Korasi's Sword

- new furnitures to store our seeds & herbs & other farm produces

be touched in my POH house. This is my nostalgia house where things did not changed and I want to keep this way. This is one the last places where you can still feel joy and spirit of old good game before EoC.

So I'm ok with new construction updates as long as Jagex won't change graphics and
won't make this skill easier
like they did with other ones.

What I want to see in a contruction update:

More rooms: There has to be more rooms like some skilling rooms, more dungeon rooms

Village: I have heard a few rumors and a Mod mentioned the possibility a while ago and I would love to see this. You would have a little village with neighbors that you choose and would work together to make a nice little town. You also would have your normal house and it wouldnt look so weird, youd actually have a front door and your garden rooms wouldnt be random and would be a front yard. You can have a mail box where people can leave you a message if you are offline. As your group raises construction levels after a total is reached you could add someone to the village and expand. This would be a great update but if it did happen it wouldnt for a very long time maybe see this in 2-3 years

Have more pets in the house and make it so you can have more than just those 4 gods in prayer room.

On the contrary, making Construction more player-friendly and not just a gigantic monkeysink would be a good idea.

But I digress; what I'd like is the ability to remove furniture and having the option of stowing it into your inventory rather than destroying it altogether, so we can rebuild it at the expense of not getting Construction exp when we replace it, similar to the current Flatpack system. I'd also like being able to build and move furniture around the room to my own tastes rather than in the preset layouts we have now. This signature is false.

Building my own runescape house makes me feel warm and fuzzy. But the prices of ALL construction equipment are enormous, and it isn't user friendly at all. Its frustrating to remove things and rebuild them, not be able to adjust your house at all without losing everything in it. Its a cold system right now that basically costs millions for no reason. I would love to have some more options in regards to customization, as well. Right now there's really only one ladder to climb with construction, and it all leads to the same end destination. Your only customization option is in the layout of your house, which even then you can't really customize because you only get one shot at it.

Its far too expensive for little to no return, is not user friendly, and is not interactive.

A few suggestions to Jagex.

1) Fairy rings in POH, I've seen this idea and support it 100%

2) I think you should have a cape room, all of your skillcapes and cape achievements hanging on the walls, would look really neat.

3) slayer ring mount!

4)Maybe be able to put some bosses in your POH Dungeon, that would be epic battles

All of these ideas would be great money sinks including the last one since it would cost a lot of gps to move a boss into your dungeon, "around 10-15m"
