Support i remade my house 3 times and each time it cost 100m, i had a terable hard time making the money back in the day but the poh still remains my favorite content so it was worth it to me. im hoping there is an update that lets us turn already made rooms that are maxed into flatpacks, or faltpack items that are made etc.

A fun idea would be more dungeon customization options, especially those from Clan Citadel Battlefields.
I for one would absolutely love to see all the options, obstacles, and monsters from the Clan Citadel Battlefields be buildable in a POH dungeon.

A second thing that would be really cool is having Bosses in our dungeons, either walking around freely or contained in an extra large Dungeon Arena room.
Imagine having your very own Nex or Kalphite King in your dungeon! They would of course drop nothing for balancing purposes, but they would be amazingly cool to have guarding your dungeon. As for lore, you can just say that the bosses are like those from the Dominion Tower, simply constructs crafted from our memories.

Also, does dying in a POH dungeon still eject you from the house? If so, that needs to go. Dying in a POH dungeon should only make you respawn outside the dungeon.
Old School Runescape will eventually need higher level armor. Check out my suggestion for Level 80 and 90 Armors and let me know what you think! Feedback welcome!

More construction ideas:
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------- New Rooms:

Brewery room
- With the ability to create all unlocked ales/drinks in the comfort of your own house.

Party room
- Easily host large-scale parties with a room the size of 4 spaces, complete with a party host similar to Party Pete, a prize/balloon drop chest, and a center table to host large dinner parties.

Storage room
- cabinets, shelves, and armor racks to store anything from materials to full blown armor sets of your choice.
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------

House planning and upgraded building techniques:

A house planner which will show the hot spots of the rooms of your choice, in the areas you set them. This will allow you to view the overall outlook of your new home, without having to build anything.

Upgraded estate agent:

-The new estate agent upgrades include - The ability to rearrange your rooms for
a new-room building fee, without having to delete the room you wish to move.

-Another upgrade would be to be able to build new rooms that are not connected
to an existing room. Currently the only way to do this is to build and delete connecting rooms.

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Building more than 32 rooms:

Make your player owned house appear on an instanced world, similar to the way clan citadels and boss room instanced worlds work.

This will separate you and your house from the current world so that you can avoid any lagging you would experience in the world you initially log into; It will also allow for a larger design area, giving you the ability to add more rooms than the current maximum of 32.

Lets say a maximum of about 50-60 total rooms, to be realistic.

Graphics
MUST NOT
be touched in my POH house. This is my nostalgia house where things did not changed and I want to keep this way. This is one the last places where you can still feel joy and spirit of old good game before EoC.

So I'm ok with new construction updates as long as Jagex won't change graphics and
won't make this skill easier
like they did with other ones.

You can't be serious about graphic updates...? Because you want nostalgia? Come on now, if the graphics are dated, then allow them to be updated... You can't expect them to keep things as they are just because of nostalgia. You'd probably like the new look of things anyway...

I do agree with not making the skill 'easier' if you mean in terms of putting a bank in the poh, or cutting prices by half, or placing choppable oak trees in the poh or something else like that.

Well after reading last months BTS I was super excited about a construction update coming. First I thought maybe they would get the update in game before the end of the month after Runescape 3 was released. Well that didnt happen but I thought well at least in August they will for sure have it up....well its not coming and it appears they havent even started working on an update. Look at the first reply on this thread, back in 2011 they were supposed to be massively updating it ive even found a mod saying back in 2010 a massive construction update is in the near future, its been 3 years most likely will end up being 4 or more before we see this update. Extremely disappointing and I wont believe anything Jagex says about rumors of a update I will have to see it before I will believe it because theres been rumors and theyve mentioned it multiple times of the past few years but all weve gotten is a mangerine.

Construction has easily been the most ignored skill on Runescape. There is no customization options, other then layout, and wall formation. You have to build everything in a certain location, and the graphics are completely outdated. There needs to be more costumed options, like rotating items around, or choosing where you want to place them. There needs to be a lot more options for each room, and more kinds of rooms need to be updated. Hopefully Jagex revamps construction into an awesome skill where people actually like the look of it, and get some enjoyment out of it. There's a reason why it's the rarest skillcape.

Going back to say that construction holds the potential to be the best skill in Runescape. I can picture a highly costumed house, with even outside terrain updates, rivers, hills, caves, woods, that you could train your skills at. With a new dungeon system, and a more able costumed house in general, people might find a place in their heart's for their house on Runescape. There is pretty much endless possibilities you could do for construction, so I hope Jagex really jumps on board with this skill. As it's a potential money sink for inflation, and could be great fun for players, if they added in skilling, better bosses, better minions, better play killing, and more.
