It might have been both. I wasn't in the court itself of course, and only heard it on the news. The defendants claimed they don't rent double rooms to unmarried couples.
But...they were in a civil partnership -.-
Religious organisations do hit back though saying this was their own home, God's home, and they should be able to decide what goes on in there.
But not to get diverted ... do you feel that religious freedom has therefore been affected by such incident?
