As I saw that Entangle spell nearing me, I tried to look for the Zamorak Mage. The spell hit me... and splashed. I ran north and teleported into the Abyss. Phew!
I switched worlds again, and nothing particularly exciting happened. Lots of people in my clan were telling me to train at the ZMI Altar. Apparently, it is almost the same money as well as better experience than Death Runes. I'll admit that it is better experience, but it is not better money.
Today, I made 2m worth of Death Runes. It would have taken me much longer than one day to make 2m at the ZMI altar. People just don't seem to realize that I happen to LIKE Runecrafting, and I don't mind that it's experience per hour is incredibly slow.
Well that was all for today! Thank you for reading, as always.
Good night :)

Hi guys!
Well today I'm sorry to say was probably pretty boring to you guys. It was 100% Runecrafting! Of course to me, Runecrafting is full of excitement and thrill! You never know how many runes you're going to get, or when that pouch is going to degrade. See? Exciting!
It never used to be that way though... *Flashback sound*
A very long time ago, I absolutely hated Runecrafting. It was my lowest skill, and I despised it. It was level 27 or so, and I was really getting into the Stealing Creation Minigame. The only problem was, I could have Class 4 almost everything except for runes. This was a pretty big problem. I always had to go out and seek Class 2 clay specifically for making runes.
So eventually, I got fed up with that and I decided that I wanted a better Runecratfing level. Not level 60 for Class 4, oh no. I couldn't handle getting to level 60. All I wanted was level 40. So, I started. At first, I started making Air Runes, then Earth, then Chaos.
I think making Chaos Runes is just meant to be horrible. I never used the Abyss, nor did I have enough money to buy a bunch of Amulets of Glory, so I was stuck using the altar as it was. If you've been to the Chaos Altar, you'll no what I'm talking about. The entire place is just one giant maze. So eventually, I finished the quest "What Lies Below" to get access to the new shortcut. I made Chass Runes until level 40. I had reached my goal! But I had heard that crafting Astral Runes was pretty good money... So I started getting the requirements for Lunar Diplomacy.
So after Crafting 2,000 Coifs to get level 61 Crafting, I finally finished Lunar Diplomacy. That's when I started crafting Astral Runes. I had no familiars, no teleports, no pouches, and for this reason, progress was slow. But something had changed... I set a new goal, level 60 Runecrafting.

By the time I got to level 50 Runecrafting, I didn't want to see the Astral Altar anymore. So I decided to give the ZMI Altar a go. I tried that out, and after not long at all, I had achieved level 60 Runecrafting. Looking at that big 60 next to the Runecrafting icon was something. It looked really nice, like it belonged there. I set another goal: Level 82 Runecrafting.
This was a big goal, and I knew it would take a long time. I intended on getting there solely from the ZMI Altar. I got some pouches and started crafting. I was right. By the time I got to level 70, Runecrafting had lost its novelty. But again, I looked at that big 70 next to the icon, and thought "Wow, that looks really nice". I was seriously considering stopping when Seriousruss started Runecrafting as well.
We began having a little race. Who would get to level 82 first? Seriousruss was the clear victor. He was gaining leels much faster, and when I was level 75, he was already 78. But then that fateful Boxing Day disaster occurred which prevented Seriousruss from playing for the next five months. If I haven't already told you, he had spilled a cup of noodles on his computer, forcing him to wait to get it repaired
I caught up to him, and had a break. I trained other skills and forgot about it. Eventually though, I saw that I was only two levels away from level 80. I decided to go back. I got those two levels and took another break. Then the second Bonus Experience Weekend came out. I hurried back to the ZMI Altar with all four of my pouches and started crafting. It was at this time that I achieved level 82 Runecrafting.
I started crafting double Astral Runes, and I was getting pretty into it. The only problem was, the experience was incredibly slow. I grinded those and evetually started using familiars. By the time I got level 84, well... If you're this far into this thread, you know.

And that's the history of the relationship between me and Runecrafting. As for today... Nothing happened. I didn't even get attacked in the Wilderness (not that I'm complaining). TheSpiffiest runecrafted with me for a while.
I started trying to see how fast I could bank. At one point, I think I managed to bank and fill all my pouches, my familiar and the rest of my inventory in just over five seconds.
What kept scaring me was the fact that after a few runs, I would see a player in Mystic Robes running into the Wilderness, then, when I came by a second time, I wouldn't see them. At one point, I was running by and I saw a Teleblock spell flying through the air! Oh no... But lucky for me, the PKer had found a different victim! I switched worlds just in case.
Another time, I had been running in the Wilderness and ad just clicked 'Teleport' on the Zamorak Mage when my game froze. That sucked badly, considering the two people that were behind me. One guy had Dragon Claws, while the other had Full Mystic. I reloaded the game... and I was inside the Abyss. I wished I was good at PKing... then I could rush back into the Wilderness and attack one of them with my full combat gear! Imagine just killing one of them and getting their items... That would just be awesome.
That was all for today! I'm only 43,000 experience away from 85 Runecrafting!
See you later!

Hi everyone!
So today was once again, more Runecrafting. I started having this really annoying problem though. Everytime I would click "Teleport" on the Zamorak Mage, my game would freeze! So I would have to reload it and relog in. I never died from it, but it got pretty annoying after the third time. But just as soon as it came, it stopped.
I've been having this problem for a while now though. Every now and then, Runescape would freeze, and a file would be created on my desktop with a title like "hs_err_pid4648". It can get pretty annoying...
So there I was, minding my own business when all of a sudden, the Friend's List went offline! As soon as that happened, some people in Mining Golds started saying that they couldn't log in. I guess I wwould be smart not to log off
I did a few more trips. I was banking at the Edgeville bank when all of a sudden, everyone disappeared. This is a glitch that I'm used to. Every now and then, every player around me would disappear, and I would not be able to see what they are saying, nor would they be able to see what I'm saying.
This time was different though. I waited a while, and they didn't reappear. People in Mining Golds started talking about a rollback, so I decided that I wouldn't want to get Runecrafting experience if Jagex decided to rollback the game. So I headed over to the Grand Exchange. What a weird sight!
There were only eight people there, including myself! Everyone was wondering what on earth had happened. It seemed that almost everyone on our world had been kicked off, except for us. We started chatting with each other, the "Survivors". Without warning, one of the people we were talking to was booted off the world mid-sentence. And then there were seven...

I talked for a bit then went away for only a minute or so to do something. When I came back, I had been logged off. No...! I tried to log back on, but there was an "Error connecting to the server". I tried to get onto the forums, but they were down too! I tried to log on for the next few minutes, but then gave up. Either the servers were having some problems, or Jagex was doing something.
I went off and did some things in real life.
So coming back about three hours later, the servers were back online! I immediately went to the forums to see what had happened. Apparently, there had been a problem with the server host. Rumours of bot banning were being flung everywhere! I logged back on and continued with my Runecrafting.
You know what kind of sucks? The price of Death Runes seems to be going down. This happens every time I go and try something new! When I was Mining, the price of Gold Ore and Coal started crashing. When I was making Astral Runes, they started crashing. And now Death Runes! I looked at the charts though, and it seems that Death Runes go through a cycle of high prices to low prices. So I guess I'll just have to wait.
I crafted Death Runes for such a long time. But finally, I achieved level 85 Runecrafting. What a relief! I thought my brain was going to melt out of my head. My brain had turned into mush so badly in fact, I logged off for the day.
Thanks for reading everyone!
See you!

Hi guys! I started off today with some more Runecrafting! It was starting to get a little grueling though. I like it when I'm close to a goal, whether it be the next Runecrafting level, a mimlestone in the number of Death Runes, or something else. Unfortunately, I was no where near the next Runecrafting level (300,000xp+ remaining). In Mining Golds, I had been having a small conest with TheSpiffiest and fohx to see who would get a Fire Cape first. fohx got one yesterday, but TheSpiffiest was still coming up short. So I had a random urge to go try the Fight Caves.
I'd never actually tried to get to the end before, so I didn't really know what to expect. The two main skills you need for the Fight Caves are Ranged and Prayer... two of my lowest ones. Not very helpful. So I went to the Grand Exchange and bought a ton of potions! I got Super Restores, Saradomin Brews, Prayer Potions, and Ranging Potions. I balanced my inventory, but on my Red Dragonhide and teleported to Karamja, where I delved deep into the volcano.
I was a little nervous to start, but I entered anyways. The tiny fire birds were extremely annoying. They continued to drain my Prayer, and with my awful Ranged level, I couldn't kill them with one hit! I got pretty far into the Fight Caves though. The Ranged monsters were really annoying when they were used in conjunction with the giant snake-dinosaur thing. I had to run behind the ranging monster and use the monster itself as a safespot. Of course, this didn't always work, and at one point, the giant snake-dinosaur thing hit me with a 270, then a 190! So eventually, I managed to trap the monsters and I began to rest, trying to heal myself naturally.
That took a long time... But it did work. I continued on in the Fight Caves.

After a while, I found out that Super Restores restore your Prayer, along with your other stats... So there was really no need for me to bring my Prayer Potions...
I made tons of mistakes. Sometimes I wouldn't safespot correctly, and the monster would walk around the rock. At wave 31, the first of the magic user came. After a long fight, I managed to kill the first one. If each one took this long, I could tell this was going to take a long time. At about Wave 33, I put on my Protect from Magic prayer and ran into the Fight Caves.
Out of no where, the magical ball of lightning hit me and dealt a 397, killing me in one hit. What? I had prayers on! How did it hit through my prayer? The onlt thing I could think of is that when I put on my prayer, the monster had actually already shot his magic attack, even though I couldn't see him. Pretty unfortunate if you ask me.
So, I didn't get the legendary Fire Cape... But on the plus side, I broke 100k Tokkul!
Defeated, I headed back to Edgeville to start some more Runecrafting. I Runecafted for some time, and then logged off.
That was all for today! As usual, thanks for taking your time to read
See you later!

Today was a very special day for Mining Golds. Today was the day that Apu and Apus** (previously Em) joined in a Runescape marriage! And I got to go to the wedding! I still had on my Red Pajamas (Red D'hide) so I shed those on put on my best wedding outfit! You guessed it, the good old Octopus, Spottier Cape and Dramen Staff! The wedding was taking place in Jetship's Chapel, in his Yanille house on world 84.
I teleported over there and switched worlds. Wow! There was already quite the crowd there! I spotted lots of people from Mining Golds there! I said 'Hello!' and entered the house with everyone else. The Chapel was off to the left, so we made our way over there. The Demon Butler came by and asked me if I wanted a beverage, which I refused.
There was a church organ, an altar, a red carpet, and everything else needed to make an awesome wedding! Some of the guests had brought some confetti, and they were throwing it everywhere! ForeverMandy, the bridesmaid, had brought some flowers, so she gave me a few. That replaced my Dramen Staff.
A few more guests were filing in, but finally, the proceedings began! Jetship was the priest, and everyone else stood off to the side. Jetship announced them bound in holy matrimony, and we all celebrated by throwing confetti everywhere and dancing! It was an awesome sight. The organ was playing, everyone was celebrating, and Apu and Apus** were umm "Kissing".
We rushed up to the Combat Ring on the second floor. Ewitsrobert was the first target. I started whacking him with my flowers as Str1135 attacked him. Soon, everyone had piled into the Combat Ring, and before long, Ewitsrobert had been killed. Suddenly, somebody started attacking me!

I started whacking my assailant with my flowers, but it was no use. I died pretty quickly and joined Ewitsrobert outside the ring.
Unfortunately, I would have loved to stay for the rest of the patrty, but I had to leave. I congratulated Apu and Apus**, said good bye and left Jetship's house, where I logged off.
My first Runescape wedding. It was an interesting experience, not going to lie.
After a while, I logged back on. TheSpiffiest had changed his name! As you might know, he is a really good staker, and his reputation had been preceding him. In short, people didn't want to stake him! He wanted to show me something, so I ran to the Yanille bank and teleported to Edgeville. There he was!
He had gotten his Fire Cape! Not only that, but he had gotten himself an Amulet of Fury! We chatted for quite some time. Remember my Playstation 3 had broken and could no longer read discs? Yeah, that was a long time ago. Well it's still not fixed! So today, I got my box from Sony and sent it off for repairs!
I logged off for a while and then came back on. Time to kill some Aberrant Spectres. I really wanted a clue scroll... I headed over to the Slayer Tower, and believe it or not, it was actually empty! I killed about 30 of them before I logged off for the day.
Thanks for reading!
See you :)
