((It happens, Solrac. No biggie. Happy to see you online again.))
((Madacombo, things look in order now. I do have one last question though. Your character’s realm seems very vast, and elaborate. This is perfectly fine, but I wanted to make sure you know exactly was a god’s realm is- It’s basically their house, a world in which they live, rest, flee too when in danger or disgruntled. Usually its an island or a vast place with a single building.
You are free of course, to have it be whatever you want. I just wanted to make sure you realized what I was asking you to create.))
Isis laughed. It was distinctly Isis.
Once, the goddess had been kind and loving, motherly and sisterly. She had been pure of heart. But time had made her bitter, and for eons, she had somehow fooled historians and anthropologists into confusing her with other ancient goddess queens- and that made her popular and strong.
Her laugh was cold and filled with both hatred and amusement.
“You have no idea who you are messing with,” Isis whispered in Aequitas’s ear.
There were many pagans through out history, even in the modern Earth world, who worshiped and prayed to Isis in one form or another. She sent eight of them to kill a slew of judges that they felt had wronged them by sentencing the ninth member of their coven to time they felt she did not deserve.
“You can*t win,” Nemetona told Aequitas.
Listen to your friend, Maat. One cannot be beaten.
Or even fought for that matter.
You think to strike One?
And you would do so in One's own home? Where all the power of One floods through this place?
You are far more foolish than One ever thought.
Through out time, judges were murdered in their homes. A court building was caught on fire. Cleopatra, believed to be the last mortal incarnation of Isis escape justice by committing suicide with the bite of a poisonous asp.
Strikes against Aequitas.
“If you had a plan,” Nemetona hissed at Aequitas, “It’s failing,”
