Alright, the bio for the Sorusian Empire is done on the third page. It's kind of like Rome, I guess.
Reminds me more of the Mongols, sans prohibitin of foreign religions.
That's only because they're in Asia and became powerful after several warlike tribes united together.
Rome is pretty similar in that last regard, I believe. They were just one city and then conquered/allied with the surrounding tribes to get their way. Trust me, they're more like Rome - they prefer infantry over cavalry, they at first started to expand due to food shortage, they preach overwhelming loyalty and support in both the family and state.

Those 400,000 troops tho
Gonna be hard to feed all those guys with their current situation. Can't wait to wage some war.
How's their navy situation?
Pretty good, considering they started on an island.
Also their food situation is pretty great now. The land they captured was nice and fertile, with plenty of slaves to farm it.

You sure? That's pretty far away. Harder to wage war, and you won't be keeping any lands.
Yeah I'm not too certain either. If the continent was still Asia size it'd be damn near impossible to do much. Is there a scale you can provide? You say it takes 4 months to walk from one end of Karrus to the other, and you can walk the length of Russia (closest thing I could find to approximately the lengt of Asia) in anywhere between 8 months and 2 years.

It's about half or a third the size of Asia, or something like that. It'll be about a two month march on foot for your dudes to reach Sorus. Not so bad, but again you won't be keeping any of the lands.
Any of your rewards will come from plunder (A **** move, when you consider you'll be plundering a conquered people who don't want to be part of the empire), a sense of satisfaction that you did a good thing (if you decide to liberate the kingdoms instead of keeping their land), or just being able to sleep soundly with the knowledge that the empire won't ever pose a threat to you again.
