Anyways, the map. I don't want to risk making a complex and detailed map only for Jagex's censorship program to completely destroy it. So instead, I'm just going to say this:

The continent is shaped like Asia. It is, however, significantly smaller than the real Asia - it takes four months to walk from one end to the other. Also, the Geography isn't the same either, so I'll leave you free to decide your own civilization's terrain. Just remember it's colder in the north and warmer in the south, much like real life. But it's not to the extent of the Russian area being desolate tundra, for example.

The empire I mentioned takes up roughly thirty percent of the continent, controlling the entire southeast corner, as well as an island that is this world's equivalent of Indonesia. The empire originates from there, and all the land it holds on the continent was conquered from four kingdoms which were completely swallowed up by the empire and no longer exist. Beneath the gold, the Bitter Steel.
