^ Just as George said.
Annie does not even have boot camp, so her military training is minimal at most. As a Jedi, she can still use Force Powers though. Even though she's young and small, a lightsaber is quite a dangerous weapon, even in the hands of a teenager.

However, Annie would have an omnitool, so she could, in theory, hack locked electronic doors, repair things, activate things, and use the omnitool as a weapon. In Mass Effect 3, Talon Mercenaries have an omnibow, which is the omnitool shooting arrows, so that may supplement Annie's usual bow-based preference. Also, technically, she could still shoot a gun, so long as it's not so heavy she can't hold it, or use Force Powers to help lift it.

Makes sense. The Jedi Academy at Horizon was meant to be a different section, but now we've got it all cleared-up.

Also, I just updated the Cyber Warrior: Cyber Warriors now have a limit of two deployables, but normal Battle Droids are worth half, so a Super Battle Droid, Droideka, Assassin Droid, etc., are worth 1, whereas a regular Battle Droid is worth .5, so the Cyber Warrior can deploy up to two Battle Droids from the, uh, backpack. Of course, if a storehouse of droids is stumbled upon, the Cyber Warrior could activate even more.

Some questions, mostly concerning the Halo side of this new world:

1. Does this Covenant believe in The Great Journey? Are there still Halos and Shield Worlds out there? Just read their bit on Page 3.
2. Under Spartan, you kinda left out some information. Like the differences between SPARTAN-IIs, SPARTAN-IIIs, and SPARTAN-IVs. Which ones are we dealing with here? If you're unfamiliar with the lore regarding these different types of Spartans, I can help clarify. Also, Spartans in the Halo universe were originally created to fight human rebellion, not the Covenant, although I understand this world's lore is probably different since it involves so many other franchises as well.
3. Could I be an Arbiter? Or is there already an Arbiter kicking around somewhere?
4. What about the other races of the Covenant? The San'Shyuum (Prophets), the Jiralhanae (Brutes), the Lekgolo (Hunters), the Unggoy (Grunts), or the Kig'Yar (Jackals.) The Covenant is meant to be an alliance between various alien races, under the guidance of the Prophets, after all.
Beneath the gold, the Bitter Steel.
