Drinking turmeric tea helps clean your liver and blood, so be sure to drink some turmeric tea if you can. It's inexpensive in its bulk powdery form, just use it as you would hot chocolate powder.
Well, maybe it makes me more graceful. My center of gravity very frequently shifts from one position to another so I get dizzy a lot. But that's mostly associated with the worst of the migraines. And yeah! I try to avoid taking the med* (as they are as-needed, so I take them only for the worst of the headaches and follow all dosage rules
). And I don't drink alcohol for two major reasons: 1) I am too young to legally drink or be in possession of alcohol in my home state, and 2) I do not like the taste of it. Not even in girly mixed drinks. XD
But hey! Thanks for the tip. I might try that some time. Healthy livers are good livers, haha!
