So, annie, I have no idea how Annie got out of the wires right there.theyre far too thin to be affected by winds that aren't strong enough to rip Annie apart while they push them, an wriggling around, no matter how fast you do it, will do nothing but make them dig into your skin painfully.

How is frozen fire any more powerful than regular fire? Is it fire that burns coldly, or is it simply hurtling frozen shards of solidified gases?
(This is a genuine question - this isn't the first time I've seen frozen fire used in media. Given the nature of fire, this question has always baffled me.)

You completely mised or ignored everything I sai right there. Hurricane winds arent going To pull wires away from someone when they are bound by them, and you can't wriggle of from something like that in a matter of seconds.

You see West, frozen fire is just as cold as regular fire is hot. However, because the fire is cold and not hot, anyone viewing or coming into contact with the frozen flame takes a -5 to their Will saves.
Or, it's super cooled plasma that just happens to flicker like a flame does, and plasma > fire.
