I already got my union involved and I also contacted the Labour Board of my region, who will be involved in the union cannot do anything. But you are right. Most people cannot be tough to their superiors, but as a Polack, I will openly criticize, argue and demean anyone regardless of their status. I do what I feel is honourable. Maybe I've been reading too much Hagakure.
Technically, I was fired for insubordination from a plant manager who lies, so regardless of my behaviour, a dishonest man has no right to terminate anyone based on dishonesty and pigheadedness.

The supervisor is new, I've been working for six years without discipline, the supervisor does not even have a single year yet. He was very stupid, I would start work on something, he would come to me later, pretend he gave me an order, and then act like he was a leader. He is a very stupid man, hence why I called him out for his BS and he did not respond, I scared him.
But that quote is regarding the plant manager, who does not have a good opinion anyways. He is a liar, he was acting like he was in the supervisor's office when he obviously was not, so I told him he was not there to call him out on his BS. By “insubordination” he really meant “you caught me red-handed as a liar and I don't like that so I must fire you to pretend I am a respected manager” but I already have the union involved. Even if I lose, I go on EI, and I still get the union's attention regarding two idiots at work.
