I don't really care, six years of working in a mill is enough. The plant manager was pretending that he knew what happened, even though he was not at the office back then, and when I called him out on his BS, he got mad and fired me, so I said he was a ****ing liar. I will be going to the union next week, as well as phoning the Ministry of Jobs, Tourism and Skills Training and Responsible Labour, his falsehood is repugnant and I will fight him.
I found it pathetic that he, the plant manager, who has the highest senior position in the entire mill, refused to answer any of my questions, could not handle a different viewpoint, and said nothing when I called him a ****ing liar. He is a short, chubby, bald, ugly, weak-looking man, he'll probably die of cancer within some years. I guess he was living in an echo chamber his entire life, and always having a high position, he is autocratic in nature. I was terminated for insubordination, but all I did was stand up for myself and call out the plant manager on his BS, which he hated.
Oh, and the reason for all this prior was that I ignored my supervisor due to he shouting at me, so I left his office and yelled back at him and swore at him, and for that, and for calling out the manager's BS and lies, I got fired.
