I agree with notfishing. The person could simply seen as Greenhaven.
It is a long name, and adding 2-4 more letters and an extra syllable doesn't flow well.
Terms like 'Greenie' or 'Havener' could also be used as slang, though. 'Greenie' would be what the people of other cities use, and the residents of Greenhaven would consider it somewhat disrespectful. 'Havener' would be the locals of Greenhaven use.
However, in a professional setting you would still be expected to refer to them as 'of Greenhaven', or just 'Greenhaven.'

Just ordered a new spear. It's a Cold Steel European boar spear. I wanted their original version, which is twenty inches longer and has a thicker shaft, but it's out of stock at Warriors and Wonders. But, a slightly lighter, shorter spear is also nimbler to use. There's more bears, cougars and wolves in my area I live at, so I need to be prepared as I like walking out in the woods. However, I am wondering if my sharp CAS Lowlander great sword is better than a spear.
