Can a backpack and weapons be found in the big tool boxes?
People usually don't put guns or clothes in toolboxes.

Given how gun safety works in Mass Effect, I'd say that's too responsible.
It'd be totally worth it. Reminds me of the Nintendo 64 game Perfect Dark, which had an assault rifle called Dragon, which had a secondary function as a proximity self-destruct bomb. That'd be quite a brutal trap in real-life.
Rare guns are left abandoned in the middle of the floor, and universal ammo (heat syncs and grenades) are scattered about like candy for enemies to pick up.
Seems legit...
Hey, I think I found Annie's dog:

My comment was in response to Annie's
Not sure how I'd feel receiving a gun that also functioned as a bomb. The sheer implication might mean it's time for retirement.
Seriously though, haven't you ever wondered why these guns are left all over the place for Shepard to discover? I can only imagine there's a quartermaster out there who is in tears.

OOOHHHH. Ha. Well, ya, a gun that's also a bomb is kinda creepy. XD Indeed, retirement seems like a good idea in such a case.
Hm, yeah, Shepard even finds that Reaper rocket launcher-thing a few times, while being attacked by Reapers. Whoever the quartermaster is, wasn't very thoughtful. Must have been Konrad Werner being a twit. He even left a giant sniper rifle in the Collector Base, without being noticed, now that takes skill!

Own Amnesty, is your character in France or America? Either can work, though if he's in France, everyone else is in America, so you'd only have me to RP with for potentially quite a while, at least for the rest of the first phase.
Sorry for the ambiguity - I didn't see any specific location mentioned in the intro, so the bit about the Insurgency's logo made me think the thread was set in France.
