Annie, even if someone was a qualified magical trainer... why would they train fresh recruits in life or death missions? Apprenticing Annie would likely take 1 to 2 years to go over the basics, at least, in a stable enviroment suitable for study.

That is, unless the party leader likes using children as fodder. Hell, he could probably do it under the pretense that after the mission is done, Annie could probably pay for tuition herself.
