Yes, tho I don't know why Chaos would move backwards a few feet, and presumably, Annie summoned the boulders from another plane somehow, as there weren't any boulders down here. However, Annie's attacks are quite short and brief, you'd be better off describing way more than that!

Well, I think everyone's made good points, though being inexperienced, I can't say much due to my ignorance. But, I did decide to hold back for now. The only thing I think I did well was controlling Annie to get her straight into the action against Chaos, just to get it over and done with so that she and Amelia could enter the chasm at the same time. I will wait for Inferi to post before continuing my next post for Chaos' monster.


And, I just found out that my Venezuelan friend is a Templar! Not only if she studying to be an architect, and has been taking college courses since she was just fifteen, but she's also a freakin' Templar! I am a member of the Knights of Columbus, though it's basically a charity now that helped fund the special Olympics in Canada. I have another friend, a Young Earth Creationist, who is also currently only fifteen years old, and she also takes college courses. She also makes stories, cartoons, draws pictures with pencil and with computer programs, makes clay figures, can ride horses, shoot guns, and is, ironically, despite being a Texan accustomed to hot weather, a pale redhead. How often do you find pale people who stay pale even under sunlight and high temperatures their whole lives?

yes Annie, it's much better. The lava I mentioned is not actually lava tho, hence why no-one's burning on it or flowing along with it, it's just meant to be a cosmetic effect cool to imagine, but oh well, we'll leave it at that. I loved it how Annie told the crazy man to shut up XD

Yes, in Broken World, the Mafia are the gunmen who opened fire at Dirk and the German businessman and two American businessmen, and then the various desperadoes (fictionalized Spaniards and Portuguese) reacted to that by shooting at everything that moves except the citizens. The desperadoes are quite drunk and are more of a comic effect than a dangerous foe, but they're still shooting bullets everywhere! But yes, the Mafia are somewhat between the desperadoes and Dirk; I did not specify location so that users were free to imagine it however they wanted.

Benedict somewhat revitalized the Knights Templar by declaring they were innocent during the Middle Ages, and so the Order was restored. It's mostly a charity rather than sending knights to protect pilgrims in Jerusalem of course. Unofficial off-shoots taking the same name can also be found on FaceBook and other sites.

Oh, and fyi, the Knights of St John, the Order of Santiago, and the Teutonic Order are also still active to this day. The Order of the Dragon, famously being the order Dracula was a member of, does not seem to be active to this day.

If I recall correctly, Annie was not on the second floor, she mentions it in her thoughts, but decides not to go up. She then writes down notes about Dirk, which was what Joe's Black Hand organization wanted, so I presumed she was nearby Dirk on the first floor.

Just out of question, what is the layout of this building? Are we talking a hall with a second floor with an indoor balcony, or an actual second story?

I just realised I've never seen a bar with the first layout. O_o Though I suppose if it were more like a dingy casino scene...

That's good to hear! I'm doing swell, and while I don't feel ready to jump back into roleplaying right this minute, I feel as if I'll join a thread in the coming weeks. I thought I might as well try and reintroduce myself. And thanks. I hope to not be a nuisance. That's all I can usually ever ask of myself.
