Hmm, I'm pretty into post-apocalyptic settings. I really liked the show Revolution on NBC, where in 2010 all devices that ran on electricity suddenly stopped working and society broke down, and 25 years later the United States fragmented into various warlord states, which resembled the Civil War era in terms of technology and military hierarchy (fascist death squads with muskets, horses, and sabres, with only the most elite soldiers being equipped with the remaning automatic firearms), plus a few modern improvements to steam engines and such. Ramsay Bolton is the king we deserve.

Hey azi,

Is my post on Titanomachy ok?
Yes, your post there is OK. Just waiting for NotFishing to post, as I'd like to head for the finale of the Collector subplot as soon as possible, to avoid grinding. I am hoping it'll be a really cool final confrontation!

Venom,
Well, that show sounds pretty brutal. Wild, Wild West is a bit more civilized in cities, but has brutal warlord-like warbands and Mad Max road warriors in the wastelands. What I like the most about Wild Wild West, is that it has lots of different kinds of environments, characters and races, not limited to a single genre, and even includes fantasy races, and a few made-up ones that I tried to correlate to the according Imgur image. Making the RP as a lore thread first, was a really good idea, one I mimicked from (I think) West's lore threads. It was such a great idea, I just had to go for it myself.

How would you guys feel about a political RP set in a medieval fantasy world?

The basic premise is that the King died, and his successor who is young and inexperienced ended up taking over. We will be roleplaying as members of the council that is meant to advise him. The positions on the council are as follows:

Royal Spymaster - Espionage Adviser.
Court Mage - Magical Adviser.
Court Cleric - Spiritual Adviser.
High General - Military Adviser.
High Admiral - Naval Adviser.
High Justice - Legal Adviser.
High Steward - Financial Adviser.

Your goal can be whatever you want. But there will probably be a lot more debating and discussion than action.
Beneath the gold, the Bitter Steel.
