But yeah many times I want to do the exact same thing, specially when in RP group the characters should be knowing eachother for some years. In real life people I would be with for years I would know almost in and out what they are like.
Even in the army, when my unit roster was changed or when I needed to move to new unit it felt awkward at first, then again within a week I'm proud to say we managed to work pretty damn well. All I can say, sufficient backstory and experience together will make the dynamic always better. ...
