The Subaru did its job well. Despite being a half-broken car, it drove over a thousand kilometers in one day, so if it dies, well, it did its duty to the end. Its engine is still good tho, the car could accelerate up to 130 kilometers per hour even uphill when it was rainy and had parts hanging underneath, so I won't complain. But ya, thanks for welcoming me back. I am a bit tired after 16 hours of driving even after one night of sleep, but I should be able to continue RPing this Monday even if no-one else posts.

Well, just came back. I drove with my dad in the Murano to the Subaru, then realized I had forgotten most of my tools. I happened to have 14 gauge steel wire, so I cut a length with pliers and literally tied the loose car parts back together. I did so by bending a long length of steel wire into a crude C-shape, fit it around the loose car part and into the framework of the car, then bent the ends of the steel wire around each other. It wasn't perfect, but good enough to drive the car without fear of it falling apart again, and it drove up to 130 kph (about 70 miles per hour) without any problem, though the engine was extremely noisy and loud, and the car smelled bad due to the exhaust going all over the place, but it works. Will send it to a workshop to save it someday.

I'm imagining the thread taking place during zombie apocalypse - on a specified hour, 1/5th of the population of a sleepy city will drop dead, rising as the moaning, stumbling, people eating monsters we all know and love.

I would like to imagine that in this thread, the fire service and police would be somewhat competent and set up a functional "safezone". At some point, the players would need to converge on the safe spot, either shoring up (or tearing down) its defences or aiding in (or hinder) relief and rescue efforts across the city.
