Right...brief...ok, let's see if I can.
Seral'aiense: A race of what appears to be children, as none of them can physically grow past the age of 18. Some are stopped even sooner, such as Ali'sea whose maximum physical age is 14. They live under the surface of whatever planet they inhabit, utilizing cave systems for the most part, but their home is not in any of the caves where they can be found.
All of them have impossibly dark skin and hair that is shades that human hair cannot reach without some kind of dye. Their physical appearance is a mix of human and elfin features, although it errs on the side of human.
Most important thing about them by far: when one dies, their body disappears and they form a new one. It is essentially part of their aging process, since each one has what appears to be a random pre-determined amount of times they can die before they can't come back. The only way to tell how many times one has died accurately is by the eye color:
Birth: Violet
One death: Crimson
Two deaths: Orange
Three deaths: Blue
Four deaths: Green
Five deaths: Hazel
Six deaths: Gray
Anything more: Black
The process of reincarnation happens over a small period of time, and they always return in an area that they have designated for it to happen. This is typically by means of a magical marking or by a trinket of some kind. Everything about them is still the same, except for the fact that later death cycles deteriorate their physical and mental capabilities.
I think that's everything that's really important, although it's almost certain I forgot something.

Ok, I'm honestly quite curious about something. If Annie has been training to be a spy for her entire life, why does she have absolutely no confidence and cowers with fear at the drop of a hat? Done in by the dubious doings of destiny.
