Alright, I know I'm changing a lot even though the thread is supposed to be done, but...

I'm changing the ranking system of the guards. Instead of one captain with two lieutenants overseeing the entire city, The Market, The Slums, The Middle District, and The Rich District all have a captain watching over them. And each captain has two lieutenants.

Which means if you want a guard character you can be a captain. Either in The Market, The Slums, or The Rich District (all of which require you to be at least slightly under The Organization's thumb in terms of bribery, threats, or blackmail, but the captain in the slums is practivally owned), or you could be a lieutenant in the Middle District and gain a promotion when the captain there is killed. Beneath the gold, the Bitter Steel.

I can't speak for Guthix, but he said Balmor walkd down an alleyway, pulled out his crossbow, and waited to see if anyone was following him. I'm pretty sure he would see that Annie is following him, because he is looking for her. Ramsay Bolton is the king we deserve.
