No, you can't, and shouldn't, do the entire mission in one post, as that'd kinda be godmodding I'd say. Just RP as you normally would with the objectives in mind. The objectives and notes allows users to"semi-godmode" the situation in certain aspects. This is to make the PvP theme potentially more dangerous and powerful. As always, users are allowed to add additional content, characters, themes, or ideas at will.
The objectives are just major moves you can strive to do, if you want, but you don't have to. You don't have to accomplish the objectives if you don't want to or don't have the time or energy for it. If the Black Hand fails their objectives in this confrontation, the RP will still continue, but the Black Hand won't be able to sabotage the wunderwaffen parts here, so someone else will gain more parts for the death ray.
