In As Demons Weeping, the Roman Empire is part of the Northern Continent, but the Archdemon appeared in the easternmost side of it, in the Voivodeships. If there are any cults worshipping Archdemons, I have not mentioned that (or did I?), so it's up to the users to develop those cults. But yes, I did mention cults that worship gods at least, but I'm not sure if I mentioned they worshipped Archdemons.
As for Christianity, Jesus preached peace, love and forgiveness, he does beat people out the temple and advocates petty theft once. Whereas in Islam, Prophet Muhammad is depicted as a child abuser, a spousal abuser, a murderer, a torturer, a thief, a slaver, a ravisher, a man who attacks people in their sleep, a misogynist, a perpetuator of infanticide, blames the devil for possessing him, has suicidal thoughts, lets children suck on his tongue, executes POWs, massacres Jews, dresses as a woman, marries his brother's wife, and believes he was a prophet chosen by god via talking to himself in a cave for many years. I'm not sure who is the worse criminal to be praised in this case.
