Yeah, people do change their minds, but when it comes to people being like Julia - who, being the most vocal out of the rebellious ones obviously gets her point across easiest - that doesn't happen. Her condition is a bit more complicated than simply not wanting to be there, and everyone else involved in that has other reasons for what they're doing too.
Realistically, those here fully by choice probably don't have a reason to leave and those that were forced by circumstance to be here probably have a better life here than what they left behind. Besides, the contract is entirely legal and also binding, and most of those that would grumble about being here understand that they did sign up for this.
But why do you have to know immediately? Can't you give me until at least the next day to make a decision?
