Ha, I guess Algirdas is the "commander" of the RP characters thus far. As the bio mentions, he's old-fashioned and does not know the more recent stuff going on, to balance-out his character, so that he's not excellent at everything. He's a very medieval fellow, more fit to fighting with or against Viking Age-era forces.
As interesting as everyone forming up into one group is, please remember that with a lot of the jobs, a large team approach may not be ideal. Some may only require one or two people, for example.
