Wow. I love to read and these are some of the best short stories i have ever read. I didn't see any spelling mistakes and the grammar was perfect. I could read these stories for hours on end. =]oh and bump also.

That's awesome, Klay! I'm so glad you enjoyed these stories and I heartily thank you for taking a moment to post. Much appreciated!
By the way, if you are getting involved with the story forum community please consider yourself welcome any time in my friend chat, "Dreamweaver" or the forum clan, "The Word". It would be great to see you in-game sometime. :)

My attention is drawn, though I know not why.
Over there. It feels right.
Scraping. Gently now. Impatience battles care.
Chip, chip, chip.
A crack, a fissure, a rend, a tear! Fragments crumble to my feet.
What lies here under the dust?
Dull yet magnificent in the dark; full of promise.
My long search is over. Things will change! I turn to go.
Unless--my attention is drawn.
Maybe one more. Over there.
The faulted rock above my head looks on, unimpressed.

Dream your stories continue to amaze me. I'm currently only on your forth one in but I wanted to stop and take the time to tell you that The Stable Boy and the Shield is pure literary genius. I had fun reading it and your Sir Prysin connection was brilliance. I can't wait to read more!

Thanks so much, Twisted! Some are better than others, but I must admit I was happy with "The Stable Boy" myself.
I really appreciate you reading and commenting and I hope you continue to enjoy the experience. :)
